CarrierView Reviews & Product Details

CarrierView is load tracking software for freight brokers. Instead of ELD or TMS integrations, it tracks each load through the driver's phone: the driver installs the free CarrierView Driver app or taps an app-less browser link, and the broker sees live location, ETA and stop status on a web dashboard. Every load supports photo documentation, in-app chat, customer share links and delivery alerts, and every location ping is screened by anti-spoofing checks before it reaches the broker. CarrierView works with any carrier, integrated or not, and needs no implementation project: a broker signs up, creates a load, and the driver receives a text. A REST API and webhooks connect it to existing tools. Pricing is public and priced by simultaneous active tracks — Free ($0, 1 active track), Starter ($50/month, 4), Base ($100/month, 10), Pro ($200/month, 30), Enterprise ($500/month, 100) — with every feature included on every plan. Web dashboard, iOS and Android apps.
