I LOVE the feature to send out "no thank you" letters on our behalf. When we lose a receptionist or bi lingual we don't ususally have alot of tgurn around time. It is very user friendly. Easily adaptable to the candidate skill sets we are looking to hire. We are able to provide criteria for our positions and CareerPlug pre screens them all and gives them a score. We know immediately if the candidates have the skills/requirements/qualifications necessary to work for us. Prior to CareerPlug we were using the usual hiring websites and would receive a few candidates a month. We hired one candidate 4 months ago and he is excellent; now we need to find 2-3 other people like him... I'm confident CareerPlug will help us yet again. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** Seems like the "push" to get me to sign up for Premium was a little too "in my face." On the flipside, I completely get it - CareerPlug is looking for ways to inform current customers about the additional features they have for an additional cost. They have a Forms feature so you can upload your own documents, add digitally fillable fields and signature areas, and eliminate the paperwork almost entirely from your hiring and onboarding processes. Going digital has saved us literally hours and days worth of time on paperwork. Also, I cannot say enough good about the support team at CareerPlug. Their response time is exceptional—often within a couple hours, and always the same day. For every question or support issue I’ve had, they have provided a timely solution, and often solved the problem for me instead of simply pointing me in the right direction. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** They are currently overhauling their interface and adding features, so their support documentation is lacking in some cases. Also, some features which I would consider fundamental are not turned on unless you message support to activate the feature (e.g. Activating “Forms” on the ATS). **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** CareerPlug has highly streamlined our hiring and onboarding process. Now, we not only save time on the admin side, but we can focus much more attention on building relationships and communication during orientation, rather than spending the majority on paperwork. ### 27. For example, you can sift through various candidate profiles quickly just by hovering your mouse over certain names. It makes the user experience very straight foward. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** You know this hasn't happened a ton but a few times it's backfired on me and froze up. I'm not entirely sure if that's a tech issue with the product or just my computer running a few different programs but that did come to mind in thinking about this question. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mean the biggest thing and reason why we purchased this product is to be super efficient and organized in our hiring needs. Using CareePlug this has changes I have seen an uptick in applicants and more important QUALIFIED applicants. I really like that CareerPlug allows me to do everything in one place! ### 34. I also like that you can have many templets that can be used with all users. The other great thing is that you can add almost all PDF forms into CP and make the process of on-boarding all electronic. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** I dislike that it malfunctions all the time and that when you call support they can't give you a straight answer. I feel like some problems are never truly fixed with it because we have to call at least every other week for the same issue. **Recommendations to others considering CareerPlug:** Have patience. Putting in the PDF forms is a great feature but adding a form such as insurance takes enormous amounts of time because you have to put a small box on each blank that needs filled in plus a box around each area that needs checked. Then you have to name that box and decide if it is required. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving our hiring and onboarding needs with CareerPlug. One key benefit is that it is decently user friendly which has come in handy because we are nationwide. Also the electronic onboarding has been extremely handy. ### 38.
