Car Dealer Tracker is mobile dealership-management software for independent and used-car dealers. It brings vehicle inventory, per-vehicle expense tracking, real profit per car, a buyer CRM, sales and debt tracking, parts inventory, financial accounts, role-based team permissions, analytics, and PDF/Excel/CSV reports into one app on iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web. A dealer adds a vehicle once and attaches every cost to it - repairs, transport, registration, reconditioning, parts, commission - so true cost and real margin per car are visible instead of estimated. The app works offline and syncs when the connection returns, which matters at auction and on the lot. Role permissions can hide purchase cost and profit from sales staff. Free to start with a 2-vehicle free garage. Solo is $19.99/month or $149.99/year (up to 25 active vehicles); Dealership is $49/month or $490/year with unlimited vehicles and team. Dealer Pro also connects ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to a dealer's live lot through an MCP connector. Best fit: independent dealers and small teams, including lots with fewer than 30 vehicles. Not a replacement for state-specific forms, lender integrations, listing syndication, NF-e, or RENAVE.
