It is unable to handle the task of managing leave requests. It has some limitations, such as a lack of features and absence of salary package management functionalities. **What do you dislike about CaptureLeave?** It needs to provide an interface for managing leaves and attendance. The application is inconvenient not allowing employees to request and monitor their leave statuses. It would advantageous if CaptureLeave integrated capabilities like payroll management and salary slip generation. **What problems is CaptureLeave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does provide analytics to help employees analyze their work efforts; the reporting features are somewhat limited. Needs to benefit from being more comprehensive. The user interface needs to be improved to be more intuitive and user friendly since navigating through the system is sometimes confusing. ### 2. This solution has made the process of leave management easy and efficient. Since we don’t have to waste our time documenting and calculating the time taken off, it is highly time-saving and effortless. It offers valuable features that differentiate it from other leave management solutions available in the market. A built-in secured document management system and a proper messaging system between managers and users are the best features of the solution. **What do you dislike about CaptureLeave?** Although it does the most critical job effectively, there are also a few downsides.
