"Capsulink: Simplifying Campaigns, Elevating Results"

5/5

What do you like best about Capsulink?

Capsulink has become my secret weapon for campaigns. The Smart Link feature is pure magic. It transforms my lengthy links into sleek, branded short links that not only look professional but also elevate the overall aesthetic of my campaigns. What's even better is the ability to add multiple destination links in one short link. This flexibility is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

To be honest, there isn't much to dislike. Maybe they could add a few more customization options for the branded short links, but it's a minor thing that doesn't really impact the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant challenge Capsulink tackles for me is the chaos of long, messy links. The Smart Link feature streamlines everything. Now, I can effortlessly track the performance of my campaigns through the analytics dashboard, gaining insights that help me adjust and optimize in real-time. It's not just about shortening links, it's about making my marketing life simpler and campaigns more effective. Capsulink has truly been a game-changer for me, especially with the added perks of adding multiple destination links and creating redirect rules based on time, device, and location. "A good link shortening tool"

2.5/5

What do you like best about Capsulink?

APIs to shorten links in bulk. Also, the software works as promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

In case the payment fails they do not give any grace period and all the links start redirecting the users to the Capsulink sales page. Also, changing the product password makes the APIs stop working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Useful URL Shortener"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Capsulink?

Since I started to use Capsulink, I've never experienced any problems with my links. This link shortener allows you to take control over your links and be sure where the customer is lead when he/she clicks on that link. Such features as broken link notifications, password-protected links, and a possibility to change the target URL have made me more confident about the links I share online. I know from the experience how frustrating it can be to click on a link that leads to an error page. Now with Capsulink this is not an issue anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

While Capsulink free version has great analytics available, for more advanced stats you need to have a Pro or a Business plan. For these plans, you have to pay a small fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Capsulink:

Try out the free trial of the Pro plan. It has some great additional features and for 2 weeks you can try them out for free and see if it's something you like. Also, don't hesitate to ask any questions to their support group, they are very helpful with anything you might want to know. Finally, stay up to date, since it's a new service they are always improving and providing new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's useful to evaluate your social media strategies. Moreover, it's helpful if you want to create personalized campaigns (because of the smart redirect). And, obviously, it saves space when you're writing on social media, and makes your links look more professional and trustworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I Used It For My Startup"

5/5

What do you like best about Capsulink?

For the very friendly price of 24$ per year we got all we needed to get started with our online communication. It was especially useful when we altered the name of the startup. Capsulink helped us to ensure that people who visit our old page are automatically taken to the new one. Also, we received notifications if broken pages appeared so we could solve that very fast and be sure that people who click on our links actually get where we want them to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

You can get API only in the business package which is more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company started actively communicating online and we needed a good URL shortener for our links to look professional and also to be branded with our company name (to raise awareness). We realized that not only Capsulink helps to create nice looking shortlinks but also gives us overview of who has clicked on our links. And the redirects and broken page notifications basically saved us when we altered our website’s name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for social media marketing managers"

5/5

What do you like best about Capsulink?

It couldn’t be easier. I need just a few clicks to create a shortened trackable link. It provides useful statistics, very comprehensible overview of visitor behavior. I work with social media daily and Capsulink has proven to be the best solution when posting links on social media (especially where there is limited amount of characters available like Twitter). The branded shortlinks make it look better and enhance brand identity, plus the analytics clearly show which campaigns and content work the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

It would be nice to have a mobile app. Also, I would appreciate an easier way to sort and organize the links I have shortened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Capsulink:

If you are looking for simple URL shortener that provides all the necessary features, Capsulink is perfect. It is really cheaper than other options, so great for small businesses and freelancers. I recommend trying out the PRO plan that costs only 24 dollars a year - great tools for such a price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can make sure that the links that I publish on social media lead to their intended destination. Shortened URLs look better on social media, they save character space and also provides great link statistics that I can take into account for further social media strategies and also present to my clients as comprehensive campaign results.
