I really felt CapLinked is easy to understand and use without much Hussle. It's super beginner friendly and anyone with no knowledge can try the CapLinked easily and explore more about it. The upsides of it using are all your documents are super safe and only when published by you or invited by you others can see till then it's all safe. Other thing is by using the activity tracker activities can be tracked easily by selecting the custom time period.You can create a group for non admins and set permissions to view the files. Sometimes uploading files took a while and not too fast paced. Activity tracker looks clumsy when there is huge activity until and unless filters are not applied or it may take time to load the data.
