This I find very useful and less time-consuming particularly when dealing with other colleagues who are in other software. **What do you dislike about Canea One?** It is inconvenient to link the project tasks to certain documents in the system. It results to information compartmentalization and at times I have to switch between modules and even to input information again. **What problems is Canea One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Canea One presented clicking through multiple programs and document viewing all in one. Project management involves management of tasks and documents associated with those tasks; areas in which Canea One has no clear vision. ### 2. It is a great time saver and reduces clutter when working within a team dealing with both Word and PowerPoint documents. **What do you dislike about Canea One?** The only downside I found for me is the poor interoperability between the different modules. For instance, it can be still difficult to connect project tasks with documents on the document management system. This creates information silos. **What problems is Canea One solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that Canea One can include in one platform several crucial processes, such as project management, document storage, and workflow management. This is frustrating to me because as a small business we don't get massive payments from costumers and Canea One has the ability to drain money quickly from small businesses. **What problems is Canea One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems Canea One solved for small businesses including my own is responsibly managing portfolios, projects, and documents. In other services, portfolios, projects, and documents can be lost by simply loosing acccess to an account linked with the service.
