CampReady Reviews & Product Details

CampReady is camp management software that consolidates operations into a single platform. The system manages registration, check-in, cabin placement, medical records, activity scheduling, emergency management, incident reporting, background checks, canteen operations, rental management, and payment processing. The parent portal allows guardians to update camper information, upload medical documents, register for activities, manage canteen accounts, and access camp details. CampReady provides emergency action plan tools, AI-powered preparedness testing, instant emergency broadcasting, centralized medical record storage, and a nurse station workspace. The platform stores background check and sexual abuse awareness training documentation and integrates with Stripe for payment processing. Developed by a former camp director, CampReady offers flat monthly pricing that includes all modules.
