It is very user friendly for both our staff and the famlies of our students. If I have any questions, they are super timely to respond, with great information, instructions and friendlyness. Putting the program in place each year is simple, with again, great support! We use this program all summer long for our early college programs. I would not want to go with any other program. If I have to come up with one thing, is that our families often question certain features we allow to be offered, such as labels and insurance.
