  ### 1. Toll free vanity number and fax number at a great price point

**What do you like best about Callture?**

When I was looking for a toll-free number for my business, Callture was one of the easiest to set up and use. 
Not only was I able to secure a vanity number, it also came with a complimentary toll-free fax number. 

All faxes come in as an email (PDF) and even sending out is a breeze using the online platform. 
Not that I use it a lot, but nice to know it's there when you need it.

My wife runs the office and all service requests are automatically forwarded to her cell phone.

I like that you can set up extensions and time frames where incoming calls should go to voicemail. E.g., after 9 PM.

The call centre automatically routes calls like a 24/7 switchboard operator.

I have been using Callture for several years; the product is highly customizable, easy to use and reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

When setting up announcements in call centre, you can use your own or create a computer generated voice.
I wish the latter were an included option.

**What problems is Callture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've had no problems using Callture. I only reached out to this company to clarify some features. They were accommodating and easy to reach.

**What do you like best about Callture?**

I found Callture after searching so many others and was impressed with the price and support they offered. I was up and running in no time. Transfer from the old provider was no issue for Callture

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

I have not found any downside yet. I have programmed the system to ring my office, and after four rings, it transfers to my cell phone. So if my internet goes down, I still get my calls.

**What problems is Callture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't require a fax machine with Callture, internet fax is great. I always get my calls. If I am not at the office, it rings my cell phone. IF I have any questions, support is always able to help.

**What do you like best about Callture?**

We use them to service our toll free numbers - they forward the toll free numbers to whichever phone we select and we can change it easily. We also use them to handle our faxes - both incomming and outgoing!

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

Nothing. We like everything about the service and it just works like it should!

1. Toll Free numbers. We have 3 toll free numbers. They service them and let us manage them easily from the website. 
2. Faxes. We receive a lot of faxes every day. Before using Callture, people would complain our fax line is always busy.  We no longer hear of that problem.

**What do you like best about Callture?**

I have been with Callture for more than a decade. Callture is among the only Telecommunications companies we've worked with, that does exactly what they say with ZERO surprises. 

The company is ethical, offers full-featured services and though I've rarely ever called for Customer Service -- when I've done so, I've found them to be warm, congenial, helpful, friendly and skilled. 

This is a good company, clearly run by genuine people who strive for long-term relationships. Callture is so good, I often take them for granted. Most trouble-free experience I've ever had with a company.

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

Nothing. The services provided are solid, the billing is as expected, they are accessible for any questions or help and they just do the right thing.

**What problems is Callture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telecommunications needs. We had a need for toll-free services and number-parking. Their fees are fair and predictable.

I can register a local number and route it to my mobile device. I can answer the call appropriately based on the displayed number.

The website admin tools are a little outdated but otherwise work fine.

They provide my business with a local area support line. The recorded conversations are useful when reviewing conversations with customers.

I have been using Callture for over 5 years. They organized my business toll-free number and gave me lots of relevant business information helping me. I recommend them if you need a toll-free number as they are professional, easy to do business with and affordable!

I haven't found anything I dislike about Callture! Its all positive!

**What do you like best about Callture?**

They offer a great VOIP option that works on your laptop or on your cell phone, making the service very versatile. Their customer service is good, you don't wait long for someone to get back to you and they work on the problem until it's resolved.

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

The app has to be running in the background and if you forget to open it it doesn't ring. Also doesn't ring like your cell phone does so you need to keep the volume on.

It's allowing us to have a business line that's accessible from home so you don't have to give anyone your personal information.

I have been with Callture for years. We have never experienced any connection problems or system outages from them. Customer support is also very good and very fast responses. They are very reliable.

Polishing the mobile app would be nice touch. Good news is the website is very easy-to-use.

**What do you like best about Callture?**

It gives us a working 800 number, keeps track of calls and voice mails. 

**What do you dislike about Callture?**

It sometimes randomly goes straight to our voice mail, even when we pick up the phone. It's not entirely clear if this is Callture's fault or our phone line's fault. After only 10 voicemails, the box is full and we have to go in and manually delete them.

It has provided us with an 800 number and an easy way to keep track of our calls.
