One of the most beneficial aspects is its user-friendly nature. It allows users to select why they want to home a phone number and can start tracking easily. For doing market analytics, it will enable you to have a backup source if the intake person fails to receive the call. Simple methods of tracking how the campaign is doing and the report generation features are highly precise.

The initial setup can get complicated. It is time-consuming and complex for the first time user. Also, it can be expensive for businesses that arent making enough revenue. It is best suitable for companies or firms that are semi or fully established.

CallTrax plus is the best tool to track your advertisement leads and gives you a fair amount of knowledge on which advertisement performs at the top by its innovative algorithm. This algorithm makes CallTrax plus the best in the market.

One thing that CallTrax plus needs to improve is their User interface. It is a bit complicated for beginners but eventually one can get adapt to it. I feel still it can be improved in a more user-friendly manner.

It helps to track the calls, easy to identify the behaviour of the customer. Its is very useful to maintain the quality of the service provided by representative as they are continuously being tracked and quality of calls is also good.

Software is bit costly , It requires training to use the software.

**What do you like best about CallTrax Plus?**

Calltrax is good application for phone call tracking purpose. It is also helpful in tracking advertisement tracking. We used this application for tracking few of phone calls and advertisements published.

**What do you dislike about CallTrax Plus?**

The call support is little weak here. We tried to get in touch with support staff for some issues we were facing while using it but a proper response was not there which we didn't like at first. There email support is good. We got the response on same day.

**What problems is CallTrax Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using calltrax for phone call tracking and also it provides the solution for advertisement tracking. This application is useful in many ways. Only difficulty we faced with it is its call support.

This tracking tool offers a thorough phone call-based method for measuring and tracking advertising.No setup fee is also the best feature to install this tool.As i work in a startup based company,this tool plays an important role in getting more responses and let me decide the best ads through ad tracking.

**What do you dislike about CallTrax Plus?**

Free Trial is not available which would encourage new users to try this software and Integration Services are not available for this software.Otherwise,its a great tool for tracking.

Keyword Tracking helped me to decide the required responses for our budget planning for this quarter....I am gonna use this tool to decide our budget allocation which will benefit our yearly expenses.

With the help of this software not only one can generate ad campaign witj different features available on hand like affliated marketing,ad tracing,pay per click ad with backend data for review.

Customer service should be more flexible to address differenf issues related to the defined products . Chatbot optiom for smaller issues instead of waiting for customer care reply.FAQ's will also be helpful.

Business needs are the utmost priority when it can reach to specified target audiences that can generate revenew to the firm and growth in future for better products with research option.

Call Trax Plus can be used for any channel of advertising. It is affordable and effective. It tracks calls to measure how my ad campaigns are doing. It helps me determine which ad strategy works best for me and gets me the maximum number of responses. It is an effective way of using the promotional budget to reach the top results for start-ups and small businesses.

Nothing as of now...I am thrilled! There is nothing to be unhappy about. The results are accurate and clean...and the app is super affordable for me.

**What problems is CallTrax Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was unable to decide which keywords are getting me Sureshot responses...Now I know and can allocate my budget accordingly. It has surely gotten me more conversions than before.

Design of the software. The way it works smoothly. Ease of use of the software. User friendliness of the software. User interface of the software. Less usage of data of software.

Nothing is there in the software which I particularly dislike about. Slow update of the software may be bit troublesome for some users.

Ease of management of calls for the users would be easy to work. There is ease in calling customers.

All this is Awesome, But Why am I writing this only for Nice UI and Features? That's why I say you must use it if you are looking for this type of service, then prefer one and only call trax plus.
