## About CallPal
CallPal is outbound calling software for sales teams whose CRM never shipped a dialer. Reps click to call from a contact record or power-dial a saved campaign, every call is recorded and logged straight back to the CRM record it came from, and managers can listen, whisper or barge into a call while it is happening. It connects natively to the CRMs the larger calling platforms treat as an afterthought — Attio, Close, ActiveCampaign, Capsule, Copper, Insightly, Nimble and Less Annoying CRM — plus CSV and Excel import for anything else. Contacts sync in, call activity goes back out. CallPal is bring-your-own-carrier. Every organisation connects its own SIP trunk, so calls are billed by your carrier at your rate and CallPal never resells a minute or marks one up. Your phone numbers stay yours, and every outbound call presents a company number rather than a rep's own line. Deliberately outbound only: no inbound routing, no IVR, and no predictive dialing. One call per rep, with the rep on the line before it rings. Plans start at $19 per user per month, with a 14-day free trial and no card required.
