I can not think of anything I dislike about this product.It serves its primary purpose effectively.
What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can broadcast reminders to groups of clients directly to their cell phones and then I get a breakdown of how the message was delivered (voice message, live answer, etc). This is helpful for getting time sensitive information out to customers and gives me the ability to track for E&O purposes.

Some of the texts are reviewed when you initially start up. They don't really state that when signing up. Once that review is complete, you will not see any delays when sending out.

Just be aware that the first few texts will be reviewed and delayed.

When we have something urgent to request or inform our field staff of over 100, we are fortunate to have a tool like Call Em All. It gets the message out to them instantly and we get a report on the status of the reach. It's a great, simple and very affordable tool.

Nothing really. It is so easy to use and affordable.

Staffing is our biggest challenge and call em all solves this problem reminding our own employees to refer others which is our biggest resource as well as to fill a call out which is very urgent because we cannot leave our clients alone. It would take us hours to make the phone calls ourselves.

There was hardly a learning curve when we first started using Call-Em-All. The application is so easy to use. The personalization is a nice feature that lets our customers know the messages sent are not spam and are 100% authentic. Also, the customer service is top notch and is always polite and willing to answer any questions thoroughly.

The only downside is that MMS is not included in the monthly plan, but we understand.
