"The ease of Text-Em-All"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Text-Em-All saves uncountable amounts of time and provides great customer support in case anything goes wrong. Our site uses Text-Em-All quite frequently as we have over 2,800 employees that we need to reach at any given moment. It's easy to understand mechanics also make it just as easy as texting a friend.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I haven't looked into how many features Text-Em-All has as I just use it to reach large numbers of people at once but I would like for them to be better advertised!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

It prevents us from having to create an email or individually text the over 2,800 employees we have at our site.

"Amazing! Love survey feature"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The sure bet feature is a great way to get confirmation. We use it to distribute schedules and then ask our employees to confirm. If they do not confirm within 24 hours, they get removed from the schedule and replaced. This has solved a lot of of no call no-shows or employees complaining. They never received the schedule.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

The mobile side of things could be a little more responsive and friendly

"Easy To Use & Efficient"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

This product is very easy to use and manage. We use this for mass employee communicaiton regularly, and we have multiple folks / departments that use it. It's nice to be able to have large scale communication and be able to sort and filter who you are sending to based on groups.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I do not have any downsides to list, the product works as expected without any issues.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a great use case for mass communication in a quick manner, especially with being able to access it remotely and via mobile app.

"Excellent way to send out mass texts without creating a group chat !"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I LOVE that I can send out mass texts to employees and not have to create an enormous group chat from my own personal cellphone. This system can create a text sent to each individual (up to 200 I believe) and you can set signatures telling the recipients not to reply and set auto-replies for the people who do not read that they shouldn't reply. Super glad I found this service, it makes communicating the same message to all employees super easy!

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I would rather pay a monthly fee rather than have to buy credits to send out the texts.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending out the same message to all employees at once and not creating a group chat where problematic employees will reply where everyone can see.

"Communicate with total ease and peace of mind"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Having been a user of this product sice they we Call-Em-All, I have never had a bad expeirience. Radpid emergency communication with ease. I especially like the text feture because allthough the number is generated by Text-Em-All you can see replies from employees and vendors, and choose who to call back. Finally I love the customer support they have always been freindly and helpfull.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

N/A I really dont have any negative expeiriences to speak of. I recommend this to industry peers all the time.

Comunicating quickly with large groups and keeping folks informed

"Best way to communicate across our company."

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Our technicians can be reached via text message, even when they are not in the office. We use this method to send weekly safety messages and important company information. Employees' responses are received individually, in a centralized location, and not in a group format. It's very intuitive and easy to use. We had great customer support when we implemented the platform.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Having to upgrade to use the emoji features.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

A way to communicate across the company. We have air mechanical service technicians who don't often check email.

The ability to upload an excel sheet of contacts and then seperate them into groups for future mass messages.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I love that I can upload an excel sheet of contacts to Text-Em-All. It allows me to send quick and efficient messages to my whole site.

"Easy to use and affordable"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We use this for employees to let them know about upcoming events. It is really easy to use and affordable. The customer service reps are really helpful when we wanted to try the credits and then switch to the monthly subscription.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I don't like that it limits you to 320 characters. Usually, it is not an issue but sometimes it is annoying.

It lets our employees know what events are upcoming and how they can sign up.
