"Flexible and Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Import contacts, group distribution lists, able to add users instead of sharing credentials, very responsive support staff, pay as you go option, no contractual obligation, multi-functional in that we can branch out into marketing messages as well as using it for internal communication and broadcasting.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

texting isn't sent from a custom number like phone calls, but can be set up with a simple authorization form that is filled out and submitted to Call em All

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Although the intention for this product is mostly marketing, it works very well as an internal broadcasting system that we know all members of our organization can receive. It's nice to record a 10-second "office closed, call for questions" message to send to 40+ people at once instead of trying to inform everyone early in the morning. It's incredibly useful to be able to send a mass text to certain departments instructing them to take a Zoom call or complete a task. Coordination among staff at the direction of senior staff members has become very easy - no missed emails or IM messages. Text messages and phone calls/voicemails have gotten a much better response from our staff and has allowed them to interact with upper management in a less professional environment, which has improved company culture (an unintended benefit!).

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can communicate with remote workers, traveling workers, office workers, and any combination of members within our organization that we choose. Very effective for mass-broadcasting important info regarding work/travel.

"Great for Companies that have a hard time having meetings"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The ability to upload a document helps with our call out sheet for start times with our employees. The ready mix industry is a niche business with anything but "normal schedules".

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

The ability to have an app on my phone so i can get notification as to when someone has replied during a "discussion" would be nice. Not sure if this is still in development or not.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

easy to use app on your phone more for discussions, like an instant messager

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we have had is having a quick way to shoot out notifications of company memos to our employees. Employees are at different site locations multiple times throughout the day and the ability to get everyone in one room only really happens once a year. So the ability to send everyone the same message once, cuts back on the repetitive "tail gate" meetings.

"Solid Notification System"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

One useful feature of Call-Em-All is the live voice recording option. The previous system we used had a robo voice that would often miss-pronounce words. The reporting feature with graphs is also useful to my company because we have to document our messaging success rate. The ability to have a library of pre-recorded messaging is also very useful for our needs because the majority of our messages are time sensitive and having messages ready to go is a big plus.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Sometimes the survey notification is a little cumbersome to use and having our contacts respond appropriately can be difficult. The requirement for individuals to register with a keyword is also not ideal for our needs, but we understand the balancing act between mass notification technology and privacy concerns.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

I would recommend using the Call-Em-All system for staff and volunteer notifications. The flexibility in billing for unlimited monthly use, or call-by call credits helps to tailor the cost to specific needs. Use of the dashboard is easy and intuitive and the customer support is very responsive in addressing any needs that come up. The ability to use a live voice for messaging also helps with message accuracy and credibility over a "robo" voice message delivery.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We conduct mass staff and volunteer notifications with Eall-Em-All, which helps us solve the problems of operator fatigue and message accuracy that are often a result of manual, repetitive calls. By using this notification system we can rapidly deliver a consistent message to a large number of contacts with minimal time investment from response staff.

"Text-ellence"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We're a volunteer organization, we use call-em-all to confirm attendance to Informational sessions, volunteer tasks, training and etcetera.

I like most that we're able to determine the head count at our Informational Sessions a few hours before the event. it has been very helpful for us in that capacity, which is why we expanded our use of the app

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I would like to add hyperlinks, and have other capabilities integrated similar to using a typical smart phone

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we work with volunteers from the community they don't always respond to phone calls, or emails. Call-em-all has enabled us to have a hassle-free approach to inform that we need them to contact us, (and whether there is an emergency or non-emergency circumstance). As well as to determine if registrants will attend or need to reschedule to attend an Informational Session by replying "yes" or "no" to the text...Thank you so much, life is much easier!!

"An awesome tool for small businesses!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I really enjoy how easy it is to use the Call-em-all technology. I primarily use the texting feature to send updates to those who have opted-in to my "Texting Club". It's easy to schedule and add pictures to my text messages and even respond to specific customers when they reply back creating a conversation!

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

There's not much to dislike about Call-em-all. I wish there was an option to send video or maybe increase the number of characters you can send at one time in a text message. I also had an issue before with assign subscribers to a specific group I had set up, but customer service was super helpful in explaining how to fix the issue.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call-em-all has enabled my team to really connect with our customers and provide amazing on-on-one feedback. When we sent out a satisfaction survey we received amazing feedback that everyone was enjoying the program!

"A great addition to any company's emergency notification"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I like the fact that unlike most comparable vendors, there is no monthly fee associated with this service. You only pay when you need to use it. The whole process is very user friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I wish there were easier options to create smaller communication groups without tagging individual users. It works fine with smaller groups.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call-Em-All is great for firm wide emergency communication. We use it if our company's email or other forms of communication systems are impacted or the message needs to reach everyone as soon as possible. Such as office closures or business continuity notices. It works fast without the need for recipients to be connected to their email or other devices.

"Easy-to-use tool for businesses to reach their contacts!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I've found that Call-Em-All is a user friendly program when trying to reach out to customers or contacts for your business. The step-by-step instructions walk you through setting up your campaign, starting it, and seeing the results in real time. The reporting is a great way to track how well the campaign performed and plan for future campaigns.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

There isn't anything that I dislike about Call-Em-All's product.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

If you're someone who's looking for a quick, easy, and reliable solution for reaching out to customers or other contacts, you should highly consider Call-Em-All. They are one of the best vendors that I've found for communication services in a long time.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we utilize Call-Em-All to reach candidates who have expressed interest in open requisitions about job fairs that will be taking place in their area. Previously, we've identified issues with reaching many candidates at once by calling them all manually and sending them text messages individually. We stumbled across Call-Em-All in 2017 and were interested in the product because it allowed us to upload a CSV of our contact database and reach out to those individuals at one time.

Now with using Call-Em-All, we are able to make hundreds of phone calls/text messages at one time that spread the awareness of our job fair. After using the product for some time, we saw a 20-25%+ increase in attendance to our job fairs. We were really impressed that our contacts have the ability to call us back as well with any questions that they may have had about the event or our open positions.

"I LOVE this effective and easy to use tool!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I love the fact that this is a very user friendly process with great results! There are times when I need to reach 700 or more associates who do not necessarily check their email regularly. By using call em all I can contact them and see who has answered live, who got an email and also who did not get the message.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I can't think of anything at all that I don't like about call em all... I love it! I would love to figure out how I can create an excel spreadsheet to view the results of a particular broadcast. I am sure I will be able to figure out how to accomplish this eventually.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Try it you will love it!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to contact l very large audience in an efficient and effective way, what a great tool for our HR department! It saves time and is a very effective way to reach the mass of employees at one time with an announcement.

"Perfect! It meets our Church needs"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

How easy it is to set up and send out alerts. I like that when we send out text the receiver can reply and it goes directly to the system and not necessarily linked to a individuals phone. It offers some security. I can have others within my organization send out various alerts and the system keep track of what went out and how successful it was. When sending text the system notifies me when a number can not receive text so I am not wasting money. The pricing is great too.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I have NO complaints! Call'em has met our needs every time. I can't say that there has been any portion of the system that I dislike. If I had to list one complaint I would say that I have a hard time tracking any automated voice messages we send. It would be nice to see something in the dashboard to show how successful they were. It works very well for what we need.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

The service is easy and quick. It is perfect for communicating with a large number of people. We use it to contact those whom we are donating with and we love that there is a secure way to have them respond. the price is pretty good as well. My experience has been all positive.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a annual gift give away to a set of children and this has made it easy to contact them and remind them of the event.

"Great Service at a Great Price"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

It is super easy to use! I can do a text and phone message for different groups in one go.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Sometimes having to use a computer vs my phone. I need to send out alerts to our staff before 6am, and this has required me to get out of bed to create the broadcast from my computer.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

If you need a service like this, but only a few months out of the year (like we do since we deal with strong winter storms where we need to alert staff that we will not be opening), this is a great, inexpensive alternative to the monthly use systems. You can reach both text and phone only folks in the same go and it's super simple to use.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of using an ancient phone-tree to alert our staff of any weather related closing, it's much easier to reach everyone this way.
