What do you like best about Text-Em-All?
I love the fact I am able to send text messages to the talent and get responses quicker than an email or a voicemail. The ease of sending out a text blast is so easy that even a computer illiterate like myself can do it. Extremely happy with the service. Great customer service and never have to wait long for an answer to my questions.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
There are no downsides of call -em - all

I am able to reach more people, more quickly, and with less effort than ever before. I let call-em-all do the work for me and I sit back and just answer the phone.

Being able to get announcements out to the employee's. We have use every week for things that are happening with the company and if something happens and I need to make a important announcement call em all is how I do it.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
Really do not have a dislike about the call-em-all, I use it every week and I have not found anything that I dislike about the system.

It is a wonderful system to be able to communicate to your employee's about anything that is happening within the company. Ex: Reminder dates for meetings, days off, parties, if something happened and you have lost electricity you could use it to let them know it came back up.

I have no problems. Benefits are that the employees that do not have emails are able to get the text messages can see get the announcements also.

Ease of use; 1 phone call compared to dozens made by my deputies; can send text right away and respond from computer; quick and accurate

Nothing!! It is easy to use so there is nothing to dislike.

Pricing with the call credits are an interesting way of charging. Not sure how else to do it though.

It is very coinvent and easy to follow, it reaches hundreds of phone numbers in a matter of minutes. I'm so grateful our company invested in this tool. Text messages get read quicker than sending mass emails.

No complaints. I haven't found any hiccups or problems with the system.

With any property I've managed, I always make sure to have the software available. The consumer service from the Call-em-all staff has always been #1 with prompt problem solving in a courteous manner.

Call-em- all makes life so much easier when you need to put a fast message out to multiple people. Sending lettters to everyones door is in the past. Go green and paper free!

Call-em-all comes in great weather is to ask residents to move vehicles or even lost and found items in the office. Monthly announcements too.
