First and foremost, I love that your recordings are completely encrypted, and the app's performance isn't compromised. The recording is smooth as heck, upload speeds are lightning fast, and the instant share is the cherry on top. In addition, the app works great as a PWA, and the built-in auto-editor is super handy for quick, accurate cuts. This has probably the smartest editor of all. Not only does it find the beginning and end of your screen recording alone (I mean when you have switched to the right tab etc) but it also makes editing of your recordings a real treat. The problem with this is that: a) You may not always have the ability to install that software on the computer you need to record from; and b) Once you have recorded the video, you either have to reduce its quality so that the file is small enough to share via email or find another way of sending it. Calipio solves both the above problems as: a) no installation required b) the video is immediately available to share via a shareable link. I use Calipio to: - educate persons on how to perform a task without having to book one on one sessions. - advise persons how to share their screen in MS Teams (for when they don't know how to perform the task). - demonstrating problems to third parties. The best part is you can record any meeting on the website just from the browser. No need to install any app or browser extension which is great. Just click on "record" and done. The folders are must-have feature because since we started using Calipion we created a lot of recordings but we have no option how to categorize them. Which is odd...
