What do you like best about Cakemail?

I have been using Cakemail since last 10 months now, here;s what I like the most

1. The drag and drop editor is intuitive and makes it easy to build clean, good-looking emails without needing any coding exp.

2. Template library is decent, and very easy to implement & integrate.

3. Customer support has been generally helpful when I have needed one.

4. Deliverability is taken seriously - it handle things like DKIM, SPF and bounce management.

What do you dislike about Cakemail?

1. The automation features are quite basic compared to some of the more advanced platforms out there.
