What do you like best about Cakemail?

I have been using Cakemail since last 10 months now, here;s what I like the most

1. The drag and drop editor is intuitive and makes it easy to build clean, good-looking emails without needing any coding exp.

2. Template library is decent, and very easy to implement & integrate.

3. Customer support has been generally helpful when I have needed one.

4. Deliverability is taken seriously - it handle things like DKIM, SPF and bounce management.

5. Myself and my team have started using this product very often now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cakemail?

1. The automation features are quite basic compared to some of the more advanced platforms out there.

2. Pricing is very budget friendly at the start, but as our list grows the costs climbs noticeably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cakemail solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. I didnot have the time or design skills to build good looking emails from scratch. But with Cakemail's drag and drop editor and decent template library I no long strggle with layouts or coding just to send something that looks professional.

2. Managing the contact list was getting messy like unsubscribe, bounce backs, spams - all of which affects deliverables. Cakemail helps a lot at these steps.

3. Because the cost is reasonable it helps me keep my marketing budget under control while still getting a tool that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
