This CAD Crowd online platform has also got some great CAD designers as competitors and this has helped to push me to the next level in terms of my CAD skills. This site also provides a source of income for freelance CAD designers too and considering the pros of this site I would definitely recommend my fellow colleagues with CAD designing skills to sign up to this site. I use software like Autodesk Fusion 360, Solidworks, CATIA, ANSYS etc. **What do you dislike about Cad Crowd?** It would be great if the company brings up a new feature that allows the CAD designers to upload their 3D models and sell them at a price they decide. Therefore, the people who want to download their cad models have to pay their selling price. Other than that this platform is great. **What problems is Cad Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?** My work mainly includes providing design concepts to solve and meet the requirement of my clients (contest hosters). Alternative payment methods, such as installment payment, royalties, commission etc. 2. I won couple of project and didn't see third party client(Broker). In other freelancing site I stop working for the third party client(Broker). Third party client making work place horrible, because they making communication gap between origin client and designer. So I like this very much. Another great thing is client can't give feedback on my profile, so broker-client can't blackmail me with the feedback and comments. so they will not come in Cadcrowd. In other freelancing site broker-client blackmailing designer by saying this I will give you bad feedback and comment if you don't do extra works(without payment). **What do you dislike about Cad Crowd?** I saw some of the client already chosen the the designer(invited) but still wanting more idea from other designer. My opinion is, if you're selected the designer then don't post the project on the public and work with him personalty. But don't waste other designer's time. So should need take steps on this issue. Another problem is some client posting project without payment guaranteed, they getting work done without payment and saying this I didn't get what I'm wanting. Their site includes wide range of expertise and they offer fast quality service. As an architectural, product, and furniture designer, it gives me the ability to be flexible and creative. **What do you dislike about Cad Crowd?** The only complaint I'd have is that some of the clients can exit their competition early (which may benefit the client but doesn't benefit the designer who has spent time and effort on the project). There should be a stronger contract reliability or a bigger deposit requirement to help with any designer who's worked on the project. **Recommendations to others considering Cad Crowd:** The is one of the best freelance sites I've found. You can be an experienced professional designer, design student, or anyone with an interest in design or engineering, if you have a good idea and you can deliver correctly then you have same chances of winning a contest. The administrators are extremelly polite, they are alway eager to help you out in any mean possible. **What do you dislike about Cad Crowd?** Sometimes time extensions for selecting a contest winner can make designers agitated, but for me it is all part of the job and it is a learning curve within Cadcrowd. The platforms had certain glitches but Cadcrowd is constantly correcting them. There is only one contest payment system, through paypal. I would like to see more options like payoneer for example. I would love if they could deliver more contest per month. **Recommendations to others considering Cad Crowd:** It's easy to be part of CADCrowd community. First, there are no fees. you can select which contest you like to work in. They supply me with renderings, files for prototype and manufacturing optimization.
