Certa is care management software designed around how care services actually run. It supports providers to plan, coordinate and manage care as it is delivered, not just record what happened afterwards. Care planning, rostering, mobile working, timesheets and billing are all connected, giving teams a live view of visits, staff activity and service delivery.
