Before implementing, I handled all of our invoicing, renewals, contract mergers, and prorations manually. The only feature I wish Cacheflow had is the ability to send multiple product SKUs on a single proposal, allowing the customer to choose which products work best for their use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, I can't think of anything. If you want me to be super nitpicky, it seems to go down for ~5min on the last day of every month when you really need to contract to be signed.
