Cabana is a leave management tool built for small teams.Cabana is a leave management tool built for small teams. Employees submit time-off requests through the web app or via the /pto Slack command, with automatic balance checks to catch issues before a request goes through. Managers can approve or deny in one click from their email or Slack — no separate login required. Leave balances stay up to date automatically based on configurable accrual rules, carryover caps, and waiting periods, and a team calendar shows who's out and when with sync to Google Calendar and Outlook. Getting started takes minutes, not days — no IT tickets, no implementation calls, no spreadsheets. Admins can configure unlimited PTO, fixed allowance, or statutory leave policies, with support for per-location holiday calendars and department-level rules for distributed teams. Slack keeps the whole team in the loop through /pto commands, weekly digests, and daily announcements, without requiring Cabana to be installed as a native Slack app.
