"C2 Password is a service that fits perfectly into the Synology portfolio"

What do you like best about C2 Password?

The service is very clear and already offers many features that are suitable for both personal and business use.

Password storage is one of the most important functions for corporate and personal "clouds". Everyone is making a very deliberate decision in this. That's why it's great to be able to use these services from someone as refurbished as Synology.

The service offers a web client, add-ons and mobile applications, which is the minimum necessary these days. You will be pleased to be able to share using secure links, and with the company tariff, sharing the entire vault.

I am enthusiastically watching how the service gradually develops according to customer requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2 Password?

The service still lacks a lot of essential functions, which could spoil the overall impression for some customers.

For example:

- folder support, for password groups.

- possibility to create your own templates for saved data

- desktop application

- offline mode

What do you like best about C2 Password?

Best for this Password Manager I like is unlike zoho password manager where there is no options to share password it give a options to share our password with much security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2 Password?

When C2 Password started, I wondered what the browser integration would look like, but this is very well done.

The shared space is a precious feature which we are using a lot. Having all together in a safe place is important. Everybody is using the same storage place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2 Password?

In particular, no dislike. Just some feature wishes: Native import from other password managers, link of SecureSign and C2 on the mobile, custom templates, key file instead of password to login.

But I am always thinking about the risk of having a central password service on the internet - it is attractive for hackers to attack - as we have seen recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2 Password?

The service is quite easy to use. It has a user-friendly interface without unnecessary features. Chrome extension and Android app are perfect as well.

The service is still developing and becoming better and better with every update. The support team is always open to feature requests. And it is worth mentioning the very fast speed of Synology support replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2 Password?

1. The service still doesn't have decent password-sharing options. However, the support team promised to add this functionality soon.

2. Plus subscription allows you to create 6 users but only one shared vault. So it is inconvenient for use for a family or team because you can't share a password with particular users. You can share it only with all users, which is weird. Nevertheless, the support team promised to address this issue as well.

UPD. I really liked the C2 password because of its simplicity and convenience, but my impression has changed. One day my shared vault disappeared. I lost 20% of my passwords. I used to receive answers from the support team very quickly, but this time support really ignored me. They answered me once in two days and didn't want to start the investigation despite the criticality of my issue.

UPD2. I could solve this issue regarding C2 Password ex-product manager who I found on LinkedIn. She forwarded my request to the developer team, and my issue was addressed. The service is good, however, the support may be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and user-friendly online password manager."

What do you like best about C2 Password?

With too many accounts to manage, I was looking for an easy, user-friendly and reliable (i.e., safe & secure) inexpensive online password manager. C2 Password manager for me ticks off all the boxes: I can easily save many account details with many options, and it's easy to integrate into a browser (Chrome & Safari) and on devices such as iPhones and iPad. What do you dislike about C2 Password?

C2 Password does offer a field called Two-Factor Authentication, but it's not very user-friendly/intuitive how it works or how it can be used.
