**What do you like best about C TWO?**

As a customer of C TWO, I am extremely satisfied with their platform. It has significantly improved the flexibility, reliability, and scalability of our automation processes, resulting in savings in 1st level operations. 
The integration with leading RPA vendors like Blue Prism, UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate has been a game-changer for us, leading to savings in license utilization of RPA licenses. 
We no longer have to worry about manual scheduling, monitoring, or maintenance, which has freed up our team to focus on delivering greater business value. Overall, C TWO has been an invaluable asset to our organization, and I highly recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

I have noticed that the software updates can be a bit buggy at times. However, the team is very fast and responsive in fixing these issues. They are always listening to our feedback and working diligently to resolve any problems. Despite the occasional bugs, the overall performance and benefits of the platform far outweigh these minor inconveniences. I appreciate the dedication and support from the C TWO team.

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

I have found CTWO to be a rare application which is able to deliver huge amounts of value as quickly as promised, it has been widely championed by the engineers for ease of use and value creation.
Customer success and account management has been simple, engaging and always helpful, its a company that I enjoy working with and really feel I am in a partnership at all stages.
CTWO is not just used within our Intelligent Automation Operation it is the key to our opertaions being efficent and robust.

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

In the early stages of our usage we sometimes found that future roadmap items would take longer to deliver than anticipated

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proivding our automated operations to ensure out of hours management of virtual resource is completed without manual resource, and performs Intelligent Scheduling which allows us to reduce our RPA process licences and removes the need for ful time monitoring support

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

After implementing C TWO we have such a better COE experience with self-managing, self-healing robots and "human in the loop" automation. This has improved our setup tremendously so that we can focus on delivering real value to the business instead of wasting time on managing and scheduling robots. Not only can we deliver better results, but this is also a huge relief in the IA Ops because it helps us retain our very skilled IA Developers. They are much happier building new automations rather than doing monotonous, repetitive tasks in the IA support.

With the Human in the loop functionality, we have also been able to broaden the scope of what we can automate, this way we can handle the exceptions not following the happy flow and try new AI features with a feedback loop. This helps us handle the ML Ops when the training data drifts out of scope. 

We also had a great success due to the excellent Customer Success Manager team (CSMs). We have even seen how we could impact the roadmap and have our requests delivered in upcoming releases, I found this impressive how they were able to deliver real continuous improvements on a fast cycle of new releases.  

C TWO even addresses the "black box" feeling from the business if you give them access to the dashboards it is highly customizable and will give your Process Owners in the business key insights and a deep understanding of what is running under the hood of their automations.

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

I struggle to find anything I dislike. We were looking for missing functionality from our point of view but after the continuous improvement meeting with the CSM from C TWO, this was added to the roadmap and we could visualize how it was progressing from idea stage to an upcoming release. 

The price is something you can always argue but if your able to visualize the value that you deliver, which is even built in to the C TWO Dashboards with "Time back to business", this makes it easy to justify as an investment you can’t live without. Actually we had the experience that it was paying for itself from the better license utilization we gained.

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CTWO have solved problems we had with Legacy RPA automation and changed the way we automate by enabling new tech features and also ensureing that we can deliver on comitted SLA's. When you realize how difficult it is to implement load balance and self remediation of automation issues it's become a no brainer. CTWO have been a game changer for us and other companies that i know have tried it. I know some even have implemented homemade Automation platforms and you might think this is the cheaper option, however we found that CTWO is much more then just an Automation platform. It can be hard to accept the fact that this is a commercial product where its done to perfection with continues improvement delivered and a roadmap you have the change to impact. I can only give my strongest recommendation to try for your self.

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

In my opinion, C TWO, is leading the way in managing, controlling and optimising your RPA/IA/automation. The way the platform gives you visibility on your automation programs and shows you how you can orchestrate better results so you never miss an SLA or processes don't get stuck or not complete. Truly getting you to 24/7 automation and surpassing the  80% utilisation you can achieve without it. 

If there is a problem or issue C TWO, prioritises the mission-critical processes over the other processes, making sure the business and work are always done. This helps teams focus not on "Keeping the Lights On" but your teams will have actual time to focus on new business cases to keep driving CIDI within your organisation, keeping them excited about what they are doing and employee engagement goes through the roof.  

I guess the strapline I would use is "DO MORE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE" . 

Yes,  you can use C TWO to recalculate your spending on software licenses, but I have found do more and grow your delivery of automation across the business. You will be one step closer to reaching the fully automated enterprise buy using C TWO.

It's not a dislike, more of a WISH! Just waiting for more connectors to all the IA / AI tools out there

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

First and foremost, the CTWO team is top notch. They are very responsive, helpful, knowledgable and savvy. Every interaction I have had with them, from CEO - to sales & marketing - to the support team, has been positive, beneficial & helpful. They are there when you need them, even after working together for a long time. 
The CTWO  platform is a critical element to any intelligent automation programs' success. Every day, we are asked to do more with less, and investing in an orchestration platform like this is the easiest way to do just that. In fact, I believe it's one of the most significant reasons why we were able to scale our Intelligent Automation program globally and to scale incredibly quickly when COVID struck and the need for automation spiked all over the enterprise. The application was easy to implement and was quickly integrated into our infrastructure, enabling flexibility, increased license capacity and real time support & maintence.

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

I haven't yet found anything to dislike about CTWO.

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were young in the establishment of our IA program and still proving out that automation could be successful within our organization, budget constraints were impacting the ability to get additional resources for the team. Knowing this and also planning & building out our infrastructure to be able to scale the program out beyond a few business units that we started with, we knew we needed to find an application or tool that would significantly reduce human touch & effort for daily bot support and management. This search led us to find C TWO & it was exactly what we needed. This enabled us to have machine resource flexibility, almost no touch bot support, increased license efficiency & enabled us to switch from schedule driven bot runs to a much more business focused and driven SLA model.

Once onboarded, simple to transition our digital workforce on to the platform with instant benefits. 

CTWO worked closely in partnership to ensure this were achieved efficiently and at pace.

This felt as much their success as our success.

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

I find the ease of use to read the dashboards. Including the visability of workflows and resources where I can easily identify if there is an issue with a process or bot. 

Additionally the ease to put resources and workflows into scheduled downtime without having to access the database directly is really neat!

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

I don't feel there is much to dislike. As long as you maintain your infrastructure, build well designed and tested automations then it really will do as it says.

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The utilisation of bots really makes a difference in terms of licensing. Your estate of utilised effeciently and effectively.  Everything is scheduled as per the parameters and priorities you specifically set. Providing you have enough logins for your required systems then work will always be completed on time. 

The custom dashboards additonally really allow you to drill down and see a granular visibility of how your processes/bots are performing and allow you to take any necessary steps to remediate.

How easy it is to onboard new processes and set up SLAs. The team behind is fantastic and always there to assist if any questions.

I cannot think of one downside of C TWO!

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been utilizing C TWO since its early stages, and it has proven to be indispensable for our environment. The ease of onboarding new processes and the ability to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are incredibly well-conceived, surpassing the capabilities of Blue Prism's built-in control room. In fact, there are processes in our environment that would not have been feasible without C TWO as a key component.

The intuitive nature of triggering processes, such as "when an item is added to a queue", via C TWO API, with file triggers +++  is far more powerful than the standard "execute this every X minutes" in Blue Prism. Regardless of the size of your environment, the benefits of C TWO are evident, not only in terms of license savings for your robots but also in the significant time savings from a control standpoint.

For us, integration with the Microsoft Power platform is crucial. C TWO has been instrumental in bridging the gap between the two worlds. With the introduction of universal queuing in the latest updates, the potential uses for the platform will continue to expand. We're also looking forward to the planned integration with Power Automate Desktop, which will be a welcome addition.

In summary, C TWO has not only enhanced our operational efficiency but also opened up new possibilities for process automation in our environment. We're excited about the future developments and the potential they hold for further optimizing our workflows. Cheers to the fantastic team behind!!

**What do you like best about C TWO?**

As an infrastructure and DevOps engineer maintaining a large process automation environment, I have worked with RPA Supervisor / C-TWO for the previous year and understand the benefits it can bring regarding the orchestration of complex process workflows and help to extract the maximum output from your infrastructure.  It is also a very simple system to understand, use and maintain for engineers and management.  The C-TWO team including the account management and technical team have been fantastic and really do bend over backwards to help us.

**What do you dislike about C TWO?**

C-TWO is a great product and generally requires minimal maintenance, perhaps as a side effect of the stream of new features and functionality there can be frequent new version releases which require consideration when planning work on other products in the process automation environment.

**What problems is C TWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C-TWO mainly helps with the planning and scheduling of process automation by providing functionality which Blue Prism cannot provide natively.
