What do you like best about C TWO?

As a customer of C TWO, I am extremely satisfied with their platform. It has significantly improved the flexibility, reliability, and scalability of our automation processes, resulting in savings in 1st level operations.

The integration with leading RPA vendors like Blue Prism, UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate has been a game-changer for us, leading to savings in license utilization of RPA licenses.

We no longer have to worry about manual scheduling, monitoring, or maintenance, which has freed up our team to focus on delivering greater business value. Overall, C TWO has been an invaluable asset to our organization, and I highly recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C TWO?

I have noticed that the software updates can be a bit buggy at times. However, the team is very fast and responsive in fixing these issues. They are always listening to our feedback and working diligently to resolve any problems. Despite the occasional bugs, the overall performance and benefits of the platform far outweigh these minor inconveniences. I appreciate the dedication and support from the C TWO team. What do you like best about C TWO?

I have found CTWO to be a rare application which is able to deliver huge amounts of value as quickly as promised, it has been widely championed by the engineers for ease of use and value creation.

Customer success and account management has been simple, engaging and always helpful, its a company that I enjoy working with and really feel I am in a partnership at all stages.

CTWO is not just used within our Intelligent Automation Operation it is the key to our opertaions being efficent and robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C TWO?

What do you like best about C TWO?

After implementing C TWO we have such a better COE experience with self-managing, self-healing robots and "human in the loop" automation. This has improved our setup tremendously so that we can focus on delivering real value to the business instead of wasting time on managing and scheduling robots. Not only can we deliver better results, but this is also a huge relief in the IA Ops because it helps us retain our very skilled IA Developers. They are much happier building new automations rather than doing monotonous, repetitive tasks in the IA support.

With the Human in the loop functionality, we have also been able to broaden the scope of what we can automate, this way we can handle the exceptions not following the happy flow and try new AI features with a feedback loop. This helps us handle the ML Ops when the training data drifts out of scope.

We also had a great success due to the excellent Customer Success Manager team (CSMs). We have even seen how we could impact the roadmap and have our requests delivered in upcoming releases, I found this impressive how they were able to deliver real continuous improvements on a fast cycle of new releases.

C TWO even addresses the "black box" feeling from the business if you give them access to the dashboards it is highly customizable and will give your Process Owners in the business key insights and a deep understanding of what is running under the hood of their automations. What do you dislike about C TWO?

I struggle to find anything I dislike. We were looking for missing functionality from our point of view but after the continuous improvement meeting with the CSM from C TWO, this was added to the roadmap and we could visualize how it was progressing from idea stage to an upcoming release.

The price is something you can always argue but if your able to visualize the value that you deliver, which is even built in to the C TWO Dashboards with "Time back to business", this makes it easy to justify as an investment you can’t live without. What do you like best about C TWO?

In my opinion, C TWO, is leading the way in managing, controlling and optimising your RPA/IA/automation. The way the platform gives you visibility on your automation programs and shows you how you can orchestrate better results so you never miss an SLA or processes don't get stuck or not complete. Truly getting you to 24/7 automation and surpassing the 80% utilisation you can achieve without it.

If there is a problem or issue C TWO, prioritises the mission-critical processes over the other processes, making sure the business and work are always done. This helps teams focus not on "Keeping the Lights On" but your teams will have actual time to focus on new business cases to keep driving CIDI within your organisation, keeping them excited about what they are doing and employee engagement goes through the roof.

I guess the strapline I would use is "DO MORE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE" .

Yes, you can use C TWO to recalculate your spending on software licenses, but I have found do more and grow your delivery of automation across the business. You will be one step closer to reaching the fully automated enterprise buy using C TWO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C TWO?

First and foremost, the CTWO team is top notch. They are very responsive, helpful, knowledgable and savvy. Every interaction I have had with them, from CEO - to sales & marketing - to the support team, has been positive, beneficial & helpful. They are there when you need them, even after working together for a long time.

The CTWO platform is a critical element to any intelligent automation programs' success. Every day, we are asked to do more with less, and investing in an orchestration platform like this is the easiest way to do just that. In fact, I believe it's one of the most significant reasons why we were able to scale our Intelligent Automation program globally and to scale incredibly quickly when COVID struck and the need for automation spiked all over the enterprise. The application was easy to implement and was quickly integrated into our infrastructure, enabling flexibility, increased license capacity and real time support & maintence. What do you like best about C TWO?

I find the ease of use to read the dashboards. Including the visability of workflows and resources where I can easily identify if there is an issue with a process or bot.

What do you like best about C TWO?

As an infrastructure and DevOps engineer maintaining a large process automation environment, I have worked with RPA Supervisor / C-TWO for the previous year and understand the benefits it can bring regarding the orchestration of complex process workflows and help to extract the maximum output from your infrastructure. It is also a very simple system to understand, use and maintain for engineers and management. The C-TWO team including the account management and technical team have been fantastic and really do bend over backwards to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C TWO?

C-TWO is a great product and generally requires minimal maintenance, perhaps as a side effect of the stream of new features and functionality there can be frequent new version releases which require consideration when planning work on other products in the process automation environment.
