The site is very intuitive for employees and managers to use. Giving recognition through Ecards and Points is a great way to engage staff and recognize them for their hard work. It keeps leaders from going out and purchasing things on their own and having to submit expense reimbursement. This also takes care of tracking for tax purposes.
