Some of the highlights: - ability for managers to recognize staff in a company-wide manner without clogging emails - accessible from ANYWHERE - it even has a mobile app - employee engagement possibilities are wide/varied. from sending e-cards, interacting with rec room wall posts, or participating in polls/surveys/etc, there are multiple ways for staff to interact with eachother - ecards are refreshed often so it doesn't get stale...there's always a new design to choose from - point system is motivating to a good portion of staff members. if you can get them engaged, it's a wonderful tool - ability for staff to choose their rewards themselves was a huge selling piece for us. This feature allows people to choose gifts that are personal and/or practical for them. - you cannot beat the price!!! Especially for a non-profit, this was a cost-effective way for us to meet many goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about C.A. Short Company? I really had to think hard on this one, but I would say that the very few downsides are: - i wish the manager scorecards/dashboards were more advanced and allowed for more data (rather than just a 1 month look back) - some functions on the survey builder tool do not work properly and could be enhanced. The biggest area for enhancement is probably the survey builder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering C.A. Short Company: Go for it! If you're unsure with what budget to use, start small and you can increase from there. That's what we did. We weren't sure what value this would trult bring so we started small. by 6 months in, we knew we would be increasing our budget, and we did, which allowed us to expand some our program once we got familiar with it. We have really increased the rate to which managers are recognizing their staff. using this platform has given us a way to keep that message are the forefront of their minds so that they remember how important ongoing recognition is. it has also allowed for managers who have 24 hour programs to reach/recognize those staff whom they may not physically see to thank them in person. This platform has also given staff a sense of pride company-wide as their accomplishments can be viewed by all, rather than just the folks in their program or division.
