Being able to send employees and colleagues encouraging e-cards is very motivational. Suppose you don't have time to go to the store and get a paper card.. it's ok! The CA Short platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate through. Our account rep, John, has been amazing throughout our entire time partnering with CA Short. Through the implementation process down to basic inquires since the program has been in effect he has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about C.A. Short Company? Speaking from a team member's point of view, the upcharge on the gift cards is disliked across the board. We understand the "real cash value", however it does deter team members away from the gift card prize. We actually removed them from ou program rewards altogether. John has helped us numerous times with updating our program guidelines to best reward our team. He has also been great to explain any and all inquires we have had while navigating the program. Short Company? The ease of using their service for our business needs and made my part much easier. The invoicing system could use some work, but it could honestly be the contract we have set up, and it is not difficult just time-consuming, and I don't think it is something to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
