Bycatch Reviews & Product Details

Bycatch is a Chrome extension that stops recruitment teams accidentally approaching candidates who work for their clients. Agencies promise clients they won't poach their staff, but the list of protected companies usually lives in a spreadsheet or the ATS, while the approach happens on LinkedIn. Bycatch puts the list where the work happens: mark a company as off-limits from its LinkedIn page or the Bycatch dashboard, and everyone on your team sees a clear off-limits notification on the profile of anyone who works there, on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. - One shared off-limits list for the whole team; new joiners inherit it on day one - Flags appear on profiles as you browse, so nobody has to check a spreadsheet or CRM before sending a message - Candidate data never leaves your browser: the check runs locally, and Bycatch doesn't log or store the people you view - Read-only: it never sends messages or automates anything on LinkedIn - One flat monthly price per team, not per seat, from £30/month, with the first month free Built with Hawkwood, a London recruitment firm.
