Agencies promise clients they won't poach their staff, but the list of protected companies usually lives in a spreadsheet or the ATS, while the approach happens on LinkedIn. Bycatch puts the list where the work happens: mark a company as off-limits from its LinkedIn page or the Bycatch dashboard, and everyone on your team sees a clear off-limits notification on the profile of anyone who works there, on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
