**What do you like best about butterflye?**

Before Butterflye we would have to notify customers of changes to the product manually. It was a lot of time and often times hard to stay on top of given how many customers and how many changes we had. 

But since implementing Butterflye we've been able to get 10 hours back a week to our product team and avoid whole lot of cross-functional chaos!

**What do you dislike about butterflye?**

That I didn't find out about Butterflye sooner because the problem can stay latent for a long period of time.

**What problems is butterflye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves change communication to our customers and internal stakeholders

**What do you like best about butterflye?**

In the early days, our customer success team had to manually copy/paste our product releases, updates and changes in Slack. Across dozens of channels. It was time consuming and difficult to monitor the discussions across each customer channel. Now that we use Butterflye, our customer success team can focus on what matters most: building relationships and solving problems for our clients.

**What do you dislike about butterflye?**

Took some time to learn, but normal for learning new products.

Reduced time spent on (1) product updates and (2) collecting feedback from customers

**What do you like best about butterflye?**

The platform allows me to communicate with clients on variuous topics and receive much needed feedback. Much better than the typcial email model. Much more efficient, tracks feedback, has a history, etc.

**What do you dislike about butterflye?**

Nothing really. The interface is a bit washed out and needs some color and contrast. But that is it.

**What problems is butterflye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to keep clients (and teammates) up to date on product releases, changes, events, updates, etc. Then it allows the clients to provide real time feedback in a few forms. This guides us in how we design service offerings.

They excel in keeping users informed about changelog updates, additions to product roadmaps, and other initiatives customers need to be aware of. Facilitates open feedback, allowing us to build better product and maintain a strong connection with our inital set of customers.

Not much; the team is supportive and moving quickly to deliver better experiences.

The changelog tool has been invaluable in mitigating the risk associated with changes in our products. It has simplified how we assess impact, collaborate, and communicatte between our team and customers.

De-risking product pushes is a top priority for keep our customers happy. Butterflye has been a big lift in aligning customer success, product, and customers when we make small and large product changes.

The experience has been great so far; the Butterflye team is awesome to work with and are constantly making improvements.

Aligning internal and external stakeholders of changes to our products and services.

The changelog and real-time feed of customer input is a big win for our product and customer succcess teams.

**What do you dislike about butterflye?**

They are still early in product maturity but the founding team has been excellent to work with! Excited to see what they do next

Increasing time to value that we deliver to our customers. By getting feedback before, during, and after large product changes.
