We were able to seamlessly integrate two versions of Microsoft NAV with two Shopify stores and two 3PL partners. As a result, orders now flow in and out our ERP system, with real-time updates on order status and inventory shared with external sources and to update ERP System —entirely without manual intervention. When we first introduced Magento, we considered writing our own integration tool to link Magento to AX (Our ERP). We eventually decided to go with Burq and we have no regrets. The system is seamless and works in the background 99% of times. Exceptions are captured and easy to deal with.

We get several 100s orders a day on our website and send 1000s of stock level updates to the website. All of which sync seamlessly.

If your Magento and your ERP are fairly standard, then the implementation will be straightforward.
