This helped standardize processes and streamline operations globally. Additionally, when our business decided to introduce shipping through 3PL, BurQ made it easy to expand the existing integration without requiring further research. When we first introduced Magento, we considered writing our own intergation tool to link Magento to AX (Our ERP). We eventually decided to go with Burq and we have no regrets. The system is seamless and works in the background 99% of times. Execptions are capured and easy to deal with. We get several 100s orders a day on our website and send 1000s of stock level updates to the website. All of which sync seemlessly. The few support queries we raise are always dealt with quicky.
