Although the different perspectives led to some interesting conversations with the coaches. **Recommendations to others considering Bundle:** If you're new to 1:1 coaching, I recommend exploring Bundle's Essentials Program—an 8-hour, 12-session journey offering valuable insights into key topics like Effective Communication, Resilient Leadership, and Managing Change. **What problems is Bundle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an excellent program to gain deeper self-awareness, recognise your strengths and identify areas for improvement. ### 3. I enjoyed the role play and how it felt so personalized to me. It really felt like a conversation instead of a boring professional development course that I pretend to be engaged in. I am new to my role so found the topic particularly helpful and already see myself using parts of my action plan that I developed with my trainer. **What do you dislike about Bundle?** I wish they were 24/7 as we have all types of worker shifts. However, being open 18 hours a day is pretty close! **What problems is Bundle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have any upskilling programs at our company and are in great need for soft skills development. However, we have so many different types of roles and levels of experience that we need something that can be personalized and relatable for everyone or no one will want to do it. Bundle allows us to provide personalized development, which is unique to other providers I've looked at that, those usually being on-demand, group, or micro-learning. It's ineffective and I'd rather spend my time and money on something that's actually interactive and impactful. ### 4. A small improvement I might suggest is allowing learners a taste of the role playing sessions beforehand so that they can familiarize themselves with the details and be more comfortable role playing live with the coach. **What problems is Bundle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bundle is a smart solution to a problem that most companies have, but overlook.
