It is easy to use as it automatically makes an excel and analyzes all the data for me . It is a centralized and agile control focus web app. **What do you dislike about Buildcon?** There are no points to disliking it as it provides all the facilities to a civil engineer that he actually needs while managing its construction sites. sometimes it creates an issue with uploading any documentation else it works fine. **What problems is Buildcon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It basically helps me to manage my Excel in a super fast way. it controls the task with photos and comments for any activity within automated daily reports. it helps me a lot to analyze my material reposts and the maps reports. ### 2. It brings in a high level of collaboration. Buildcon offers consumers a simple interface for organizing and contacting vendors and subcontractors for both big and small building projects. We can easily record and transmit general project information internally and externally, feeding the powerful analytical tools. Users can customize the files to include the documents and requirements for their particular projects. The data can be arranged and presented in the desired manner. We can develop packages based on the unique project requirements, add users precisely and rapidly, track and monitor subcontractor activity, track costs, and forecast costs. The remaining materials and related data are always handy in making effective decisions and bringing efficiency to the projects. Also helpful in the faster and on-time delivery of projects. We can easily track the workflow on the construction site. **What do you dislike about Buildcon?** All the features ae good. Things used to be done on paper before, and having everything on the palm of your hands has made a great positive impact. **What do you dislike about Buildcon?** At first, there is the initial learning curve. But that comes with virtually every new software. Once you're past that learning curve, it all glides like a knife through butter! **What problems is Buildcon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has already solved the problem of having to do everything on paper, which meant losing documents, missing deadlines, not being able to communicate with the rest of the team in a timely manner, and much more. It's benefit is exactly that, the fact that it now makes everything mentioned above a problem of the past. ### 4. One of the best construction management apps I have ever seen. Data preparation on excel is no more required, and the analytics comes in a few steps only **What do you dislike about Buildcon?** Only day mode in the user interface. There should have been a night mode background option with quick shift setup as it becomes difficult to use the app at the construction site during night shifts. My personal preference would be the black user interface, so I need it, which is not present currently **What problems is Buildcon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automation part is doing my work. No more need to calculate the stuff; now it gets automatically calculated with much more insight available just a few clicks away. ### 5. It enables to monitor the work progress make necessary actions if there is any delay. **What do you dislike about Buildcon?** Even though this is an inclusive software which connects all domains on a single platfom, but it is not everyones cup of tea because of its high upfront costs making small business finanacially unattainable **What problems is Buildcon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Buildcon, with its powerful and simple tools, making it easier for engineers to do the real engineering work by reducing the paper work and finishing all the office tasks in the field. ### 7.
