Bugly Reviews & Product Details

It is easy to customize Bugly. Its implementation is also simple. The interface is great and intuitive. I like it because its features are brilliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not dislike Bugly. I love how it is organized. No faults. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bugly is inspired by the Stripe API and responds in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and for computer geeks JSON is a bit familiar. Even their RESTful API is still in Beta, which excites me more. It also has various interesting features including a video training console. It helps detect bugs & viruses on employees' computers remotely, especially if you have multiple locations. The one thing that I personally think is that the scope of Bugly is a single-purpose API, and you can also consider no live support as a dislike content of Bugly. This program is still in the beginning stages of implementation, so there are still some links that need to be worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the best tool to teach or educate someone from a remote location. It is available on all platforms, so there are no device issues. It is multilingual, so a few different options are available. You also have tests/quizzes here. It also allows you to provide proper certification. The best part is that it also offers a monthly payment model and an annual payment, and it is quite cheap compared to its competitors. There are a ton of features available like: - Audience management - Video training console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For pricing, not much to dislike but there is no live support available. But still, the response is quite fast. They provide fewer features compared to their competitors like Workwiz, but it's a bit greedy to ask for extra features for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tons of people don't know how to detect bugs or see potential viruses that could infect our systems (particularly those who aren’t super tech savvy). It's really useful for helping us identify what the bugs are and where they are coming from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time it takes to scan the entire system for bugs (since we’re on a cloud network) takes a very long time. So typically we will work around this by having it run in the evening, and I will get a notification saying that it has been completed and all the relevant results. I like the easy access to it, and most people can figure out how to use it with common sense. We have used it to detect any anomalies for software, and it hasn’t let us down yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems to take a longer time to check every file than other bug softwares. It needs more options like searching a folder or the whole computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a lot of employees at the office that seem to attract virus' and bugs on their computers. It has been difficult to nail down what they are doing to attract these. Bugly has been able to help narrow down what and where the bugs are coming and going from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scanning process does take a little while but other than that I don't have many complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bugly has been used in my company for many months now, and with its efficacious and user friendly approach to detecting bugs in our various products softwares, we have found many advantages to its use over other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bugly is still in its infancy. Such a new software, as with all, has much room to improve, but Bugly as incredible potential to become a helpful and useful bug detection software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and figure out, this is something that helps the less tech-saavy fix problems when far away from support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
