It makes my day so much easier by automatically capturing and organizing notes from my meetings. I love how it clearly separates the meeting summary from the action items, making it easy to review what was discussed and follow up on next steps without having to dig through long transcripts. What really stands out is how accurate the notes are. I almost never need to make any edits, which saves me so much time. It allows me to be productive and stay fully present during calls, knowing that all the important information is being captured accurately in the background. It's also super convenient to copy and paste insights directly into my CRM tool, share them with my team, and keep track of action items and key takeaways I need to follow up on. I've also had the opportunity to meet with several members of their team, and they have all been amazing to work with. I highly recommend Bubbles! **What do you dislike about Bubbles?** Everything has been great so far and I haven’t run into any issues! **What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bubbles saves me a ton of time by automatically organizing my notes and breaking them down into summaries and action items, so it’s super easy to review everything quickly. The notes are really accurate, which means I can jump right into following up on tasks without having to fix mistakes or go through long transcripts or recordings. Once you have set it up its pretty seemles. **What do you dislike about Bubbles?** They have emailed multiple clients repeatedely stating that I have invited them to set up an account. After reaching out and asking why these emails were being sent I was givena. general statement saying that they get an email before a meeting. But that they have disabled emails from my account. They have since kept doing it. We have been using it from the past few years, especially for design reviews and product feedback. Our team operates 100% remotely and bubbles has become a real game-changer for our internal communication. I like how simple the chrome extension is, to quickly create a screen recording and share instantly. **What do you dislike about Bubbles?** After introducing some additional features, the simplicity of the app has slightly reduced and there's more learning curve now. And with the free version, there is a timer which you can't turn off, after which the link expires. However we can extent the timer once it expires. **What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bubbles is providing smooth collaboration among teams, particularly those working remotely, enabling seamless feedback and communication, thereby by increasing productivity & performance. ### 5. I can be fully present in my meetings without worrying about making any notes because I know that everything is being recorded and their AI will summarize everything for me + generate actionable items for everyone involved in the meeting. The system is easy to use and easy to integrate with my calendars. I just connected my Google account and it automatically joins all meetings, super easy to setup! Customer support is absolutely fantastic!! Very quick to reply and always helpful. **What do you dislike about Bubbles?** They are web-based so I can access them from any device, but just for convenience I'd love if they had mobile/desktop apps too. **What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you?** It records and summarizes all my meetings using AI. ### 6. The features are intentional and the experience is amazing. As part of a remote team, we often analyze sites and improve on our own through decisions centered around feedback. By being able to simply click a button and comment on all aspects of a site, the process is made super easy. I've found uses for this in discovering ideas and analyzing sites that can be used as references for our own design decisions. Bubbles has also removed a lot of the hassle of collecting and sharing feedback related to design choices. Through a single link, I'm able to share my thoughts and receive everyone else's. **What do you dislike about Bubbles?** While Bubbles allows you to share individual sites, I would prefer if you could also be able to share spaces too. The ability to group content into categories is something that I value about Bubbles, although it is also where it's lacking. I oftentimes want to share more than one site that I have saved and am currently required to send a link for each. A change that would fix this is by allowing for spaces to also be shared so that all sites inside them could be explored. **What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most noticeable problem that Bubbles has solved for us is efficiency. No more extensive meetings, along with back-and-forth discussions.
