TDXchange's secure file transfer capabilities handles all standard comm protocols and allows for alot of flexibility in deployments via on prem and cloud implementations. The support is also fantastic. Easy to reach and a great partner company to ensure file transfers are successful. **What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?** TDXchange continues to evolve and is able to handle our secure file transfer needs. Initial integration of TDX did require some help from bTrade, but they did a great job and were on top of it! **What problems is bTrade TDXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** TDX takes our and our customers fragmented, manual, harder-to-secure way of exchanging critical business data and turns it into a single governed, automated system that's secure enough for regulated industries but is simple enough for our small teams to run. ### 2. It’s been a straightforward way for our team to send and receive documents without a lot of extra steps. **What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?** We don't use this much but the email plugin is only for Outlook. **What problems is bTrade TDXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a couple of use cases where TDXchange supports us, with the overarching goal of security. We use it to transfer customer support files, share our quarterly board report, and exchange sensitive files with our legal teams. For us, it provides a single system connected to our file storage, making it easy to move files securely between parties. We have never had any issues with speed or overall performance including usability. ### 3. The use is pretty basic, but the ease of use is great! It has really streamlined the process of securing sensitive files, and our clients appreciate a non-complicated process. The application integrates well with various systems, and being web based has helped to simplify things as opposed to prior processes we used. The reliability has also been 100%. The ability to quickly add new clients has also helped reduce time involved to onboard. The AI chat bot has been great in locating files quickly without having to provide much in the way of supporting information. We are getting all of this in a cheaper platform than we previously had, so we couldn't be happier with TDXchange! **What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?** There isn't much to dislike...it has been great! **What problems is bTrade TDXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to send financial documents quickly and easily to clients. TDXchange has fit the bill. Onboarding and adhoc transfers are easy to perform, and we haven't had a single complaint from clients (something we couldn't say before). ### 5. It integrates well with our EDI systems and parses data without manual intervention. **What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?** Being a web-based solution, sometimes the GUI can be a bit slow, but honestly I don't think that is the fault of the solution and is probably our internet connection. **What problems is bTrade TDXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** We place orders for various types of telecommunications equipment all day long. The system must be available and responsive. We have had rock solid performance from this system over the past few years which cannot be said for previous solutions. ### 7. As a technical person myself I understand it's value - it just does great what it supposed to do - a secure file transfering. Besides, our staff get used to it fast due to it's user-friendliness, and extensive feature set. **What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?** Sometimes we have to get in touch with bTrade representatives for customized settings. I guess however it's not always mandatory for the most of the clients. **What problems is bTrade TDXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** We required a secure solution for exchangin sensitive data in the logistics product we were developing for a major logistics company. TDXchange seamlessly integrated with our overall solution, offering ease of use while ensuring the security of all the company's data.
