I appreciate that it adapts to current requirements, especially in improving the quality of life for troubleshooting. The MCP server is much appreciated as it helps in finding patterns and history during analysis, allowing less time to be spent on searching for information. I'm also glad that Bronto is looking forward to adopting the latest technologies. **What do you dislike about Bronto?** The alert Slack integration with Bronto is really awkward. It doesn't look good or feel good to use. User experience is so important, especially when it comes to seeing alerts. Right now, the alerts are a big chunk of information with graphics that take up the entire Slack channel screen. It really needs to be concise and point to the right data. Moreover, I've noticed that when going out to the monitor, the timestamps drift, which is annoying. It should be more customizable to allow selecting what data you want to send, similar to what a webhook might do. Ideally, anything that lets you quickly identify what's going on and where would be a big improvement. **What problems is Bronto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bronto solves observability issues by improving troubleshooting and allowing efficient analysis with MCP server. It reduces time spent on finding and analyzing issues, enhancing quality of life during on-call triage. ### 2. I appreciate its flexibility with how you can send and archive logs for as long as needed. Accessing the logs is really fast—like lightning fast. The support from the Bronto team is also great as they help ensure seamless log flow and integrate custom solutions quickly. I also like that there's no setup required from the customer side, and the Bronto team can start onboarding logs in seconds. **What do you dislike about Bronto?** Bronto is mainly focused on logging and analyzing, but it could improve more on the security side of things. It would be great to have an in-house incident management dashboard and maybe develop more signals or signatures for trend analysis. Bronto should consider implementing a full SIEM solution or at least offering one within their product. There are also a few key features that we've requested, and while they've delivered a lot, there are still some elements we rely on other solutions for. **What problems is Bronto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bronto is a cost-effective solution for logging. It allows us to send and archive logs efficiently at a fraction of the cost compared to industry leaders. The flexibility in log retention and the fast access to logs make it really valuable. ### 3. It’s easy to manage, scales well with our needs, and the pricing is much more reasonable than many alternatives. **What do you dislike about Bronto?** Right now, there are still a few features missing compared with other alternatives, but the team has been actively working on the platform, and I’ve already seen a lot of improvements. **What problems is Bronto solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’d been struggling with our logging being spread across different solutions, which made troubleshooting difficult. Bronto helped us centralize all our logs, making it much easier to correlate events across different components and cloud vendors. Their search is also fast and allows us to cut down the time it takes to investigate issues. ### 4. I enjoy not having to use an agent as it's mostly agnostic and the idea of ingesting data from different sources using HTTP ingestion is appealing. **What do you dislike about Bronto?** I think Bronto could improve on dashboards and better alerting. Also, there was a bit of a learning curve when setting up a dedicated VM to ship all the logs to Bronto, though it was simple enough otherwise. **What problems is Bronto solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Bronto for centralized logging and behavior pattern recognition, enjoying fast query speeds and competitive pricing. Its ability to ingest data from different sources using HTTP ingestion and work without an agent, while being largely platform-agnostic, enhances its utility for my needs. ### 5.
