Broker office is designed to be straight-forward. This means that it is truly user-friendly. The interface is clear and shows you the most information without being jumbled. Sometimes broker office tends to "break" and won't work as it should. I have seen it not eliminate plans based on Medicaid levels at times. Additionally, a lot of information needs to be entered to look at the plans that are most suitable for the member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Broker Office solving and how is that benefiting you? Broker office helps to narrow down the list of plans in the area to a list that is most suitable for a customer. This takes some of the work off of the agent. No more having to read dozens of summaries of benefits.
