It is normally always up and working, and it easily lets me access thousands of clients' information when needed. I have never even needed to contact customer support because i have never had any issues that needed support. I use it every day I work. This means that it is truly user-friendly. The interface is clear and shows you the most information without being jumbled. Broker office is easy to use and gives you the information you need in a clear way. **What do you dislike about Broker Office?** Sometimes broker office tends to "break" and won't work as it should. I have seen it not eliminate plans based on Medicaid levels at times. Additionally, a lot of information needs to be entered to look at the plans that are most suitable for the member. **What problems is Broker Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** Broker office helps to narrow down the list of plans in the area to a list that is most suitable for a customer. This takes some of the work off of the agent. No more having to read dozens of summaries of benefits. Broker office will eliminate plans that don't meet the needs which makes the agent's job much easier and stream-lined. ### 5. And luckily, my performance bonus has, on average, been steady. ### 7.
