I like it because each application can be applied a specific security policy especially for inbound traffic from our external users. It has a lot of signatures that helps to easily identify threats, a plus points compared to other solutions. **What do you dislike about Broadcom Edge Secure Web Gateway?** I think the downside is the technicla support. We receive support but compared with other solutions, I think their SLA is okay. **What problems is Broadcom Edge Secure Web Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It improves user experience, but at the same time secures their connection. But overall, it is an ally in terms of protecting our internal applications. Definitely recommended. ### 8.
