
Britevenue does have a number of integrations but so do other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using BriteVenue for over a year and have had a number of issues.
-The system will automatically activate the credit card portal for customers even if you have it turned off. This means you may be charged credit card fees without the ability to recoup them from customers. They know their system does this, it's not in any documentation and they have no intention of fixing it, in fact they don't see it as a flaw.
-You will be nickel and dimed for every feature
-Since beginning to use BriteVenue I haven't seen a single improvement
-Many of the integrations don't function well if they function at all
-The user experience leaves much to be desired and many features are difficult to figure out, so much so that you really need their tech support to help you understand the ways in which they work
-The reporting is severely lacking. If you're looking for things like close rates by lead source, financial reporting for accounting, or anything useful at all then you will be disappointed, there's none of that. The reports they do have aren't at all useful for a venue
-There is no clean way for their system to handle deposits
-There is no clean way for their system to handle refunds
-There is no clean way for their system to handle completed weddings
-There is no clean way for their system to handle credit card processing fees
-So now I have to process credit card transactions manually and add additional paperwork for couples who want to use a credit card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
