Brikone Reviews & Product Details

Brikone is a property management SaaS platform built for property management companies and independent landlords who need more than a basic rent collection tool. Unlike most PM platforms that treat accounting as an afterthought, Brikone was built with a full double-entry general ledger and trust accounting at its core. Every rent payment, security deposit, owner distribution, and vendor bill posts to the GL automatically — no manual entries, no separate accounting software. Key features include lease management with e-signatures, maintenance requests connected to vendor bills and GL posting, tenant and owner portals, owner distributions with dual-control approval workflows, 3-way trust reconciliation, scheduled owner reporting, and QuickBooks Online sync. Plans start free for landlords managing up to 3 units, scaling through Starter ($49/mo), Professional ($99/mo), and Enterprise for larger PM operations.
