Community Users have the option to opt out of emails during the signup process. This makes no sense because all communications happen through email. Although I believe an opt-out option should not occur in Facilities Direct, I know it should happen at the beginning of the process. 2. I have had several new account managers during our implementation. Everyone has been very helpful but it would be nice to deal with just one person until fully implemented. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Event Manager:** FSDirect is the only software I have experience with but I would absolutely recommend it! **What problems is Brightly Event Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are/will solve many issues with FSDirect. Double booking Inconsistent billing Ensuring insurance coverage Tracking payments Tracking rentals and costs. ### 3. Patient with the novice and in depth with those of us who use the product regularly. **What do you dislike about Brightly Event Manager?** There is nothing to dislike about this organization. Our only issue with this product is the volume of information that can be tracked. I need to hire at least 1 FTE to input all the information the program can track, thus I am using only a small amount of the services available to me. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Event Manager:** These folks are especially helpful if you are starting with no existing program in place. **What problems is Brightly Event Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently working with The Dude on PM schedules and data collection. We are in the beginning stages of this project, just now scheduling the data collection portion. ### 4. The time saved is immeasurable. Data at your fingertips with the immediate reports is so important to our internal stakeholders and staff. **What do you dislike about Brightly Event Manager?** The number of days in a schedule has to exceed the current 100! As a school system, 180 days is standard. We could be much more efficient if we were able to have 1 schedule per organization which would then make our data and number of events/schedules spot on instead of "ball park". The basic search function could work a little better. It pulls way too much data or too many organizations using a single key word. **Recommendations to others considering Brightly Event Manager:** It saves time and makes you more efficient. The amount of time spent on events is cut in half. **What problems is Brightly Event Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving issues such as insurance expirations, invoices due, electronic system alleviates paper and allows for quick recall. This prevents double booking and also allows us to generate more money by seeing which rooms and locations are available. **What do you dislike about Brightly Event Manager?** I dislike the setup of all the locations but understand that I must in order to achieve greatness. **What problems is Brightly Event Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Events are being planned and things are not double booked ### 6. It was our first online scheduling software we used. It is easy to use. It has a simple user interface that does everything our users need. **What do you dislike about Brightly Event Manager?** The ability to customize the documentation and/or screen descriptions would be good. **What problems is Brightly Event Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the schools scheduling their own events, last minute calls for a late day event have been eliminated. This allows our HVAC techs to concentrate on repairs instead of rescheduling. ### 9.
