Once customized it is easy to input data THE MORE WE USE IT---THE MORE WE LIKE IT! VERY POWERFUL TOOL! **What do you dislike about Energy Manager?** We have found that customizing the form is a steep learning curve. However, this may be due to the constant changes of the utility labels on our end. Minor issue, but occasionally annoying, can be overcome by planning for labeling **What problems is Energy Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software allows to fairly accurately predict future use. We also use it for carbon emmissions reports, extremely useful in both areas ### 2. With the help of BEM it was quite easy to make Budget Data Reports. Provided us with most of the info that was needed to make some cuts in building plans. ### 3.
