## Bright Breaks Reviews
  ### 1. Wonderful and Useful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy B. | Door Hardware and Lock Systems Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

The 7 minute sessions are just the perfect amount of time to have a quick break to refocus. Whether stretching, learning or meditating, the sessions are all wonderful and useful!
I also enjoy the engagement with the instructors!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wouldn't mind a few on the weekend :)
Even if they are recorded.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that I take time to refocus and move throughout the day.

  ### 2. Bright Breaks Makes Fitness Manageable and Motivating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I consistently fall off the exercise wagon. Trying to find a 1/2 hour to exercise between working 2 jobs feels impossible. The way Bright Breaks is divided up into 7 minute segments makes it manageable. Also, I feel accountable to the instructors if I sign up for their class. This provides more motivation.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I haven't been able to find a way to automatically add recurring classes to my calendar without having to grant access to my personal calendar.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't say enough good things about two of the instructors, Valerie and Nalin. Valerie's encouragement makes me feel proud to be taking care of my body, which is an important part of self-care. She explains the benefits of each exercise, making it easy to follow along, and her positive attitude is truly uplifting. I genuinely enjoy her classes and always look forward to coming back for more, especially because of her focus on core and pelvic muscles. Nalin's "YOU CAN DO THIS" motivation is inspiring in its own way. His classes become more challenging over time, so attending regularly lets you see real progress as you find yourself able to do more than before. Sitting in front of a computer for eight hours straight is horrible for our bodies and minds, but after taking these classes, I notice my focus, productivity and mood improve, even if I end up working fewer minutes overall. Bottom line is: The more I go the better I feel! I miss seeing Natalia in the late afternoon classes; I'm on the west coast)

  ### 3. Bright Breaks = a Bright Spot in my Work Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey M. | Travel Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks are such a wonderful way to incorporate movement, stretching, breathing, and some life into the daily desk grind. The breaks are short - just 7 minutes - and provide relief from routine as well as the physical benefits of movement. The instructors are all kind, soothing, encouraging, motivational, and knowledgeable. I use both the live breaks and recorded breaks with my team, on my own, or, if working from home, with my spouse.
The calendar invites come automatically so I don't have to think about managing my schedule. If a particular break doesn't work for me, either because of the time or the topic, it's easy to pick another one. The options seem endless!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I don't have any down sides with Bright Breaks.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a very sedentary person; deeply introverted, I love being at home, and my desk job is a ten hour workday. Using Bright Breaks means that I get up and MOVE at least once a day. The breaks are short with just enough time to feel a difference in energy level and physical impact. I can feel my body become more flexible, less tense, and I'm more focused when I get back to my desk.

  ### 4. Helpful Breaks

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

Sometimes I get tired of sitting and lose concentration and these exercises help shake me out of that and give me a good reset.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I do not have any dislikes but I feel like having some longer break options in the On Demand would be useful.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I been sitting to long I find it helps to stop and take a break because it helps me think better, like a little reset or refresh. It Helps me remember to take time for exercise and breathing even on the days I'm to busy or just not feeling it.

  ### 5. Such a wonderful wellness tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jude C. | Executive Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I recently started using Bright Breaks after I was introduced to it by a colleague at work (our workplace offers it to employees for free). I've absolutely loved the platform. There is such a wide range of options to choose from for both the live and on-demand sessions, there really is something for everyone and for whatever kind of break you're looking for that day. I sign up for at least one every day and I'm always excited to see what is being offered. It's very easy to use and just integrates directly into my calendar. I've already recommended it to friends!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I have not experienced any downsides with Bright Breaks.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's already helped me to find more balance in my workday. I also have been struggling with neck and shoulder pain over the past year due to being on the computer all day, and the stretches I've learned are very beneficial and things I can apply in my daily life.

Having little tid bits of exercise or information is not only easier to digest but it gives little boosts of positivity throughout your day that have already been a huge game changer for me! Very very very thankful to have the opportunity to use Bright Breaks and I have already started spreading the word to family and friends.

  ### 8. Prioritize Yourself with Bright Breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelina G. | Program Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

As someone that has been using Bright Breaks through my company, it has been a game changer for my wellbeing. And the best part is that they take care of the hardest steps of remembering to prioritize myself. For example, everyday before my workday starts, Bright Breaks suggests and adds a break to my work calendar based on my availability, and they do a great job of rotating different types of activities. From meditation, to light strteches, to a quick intensive break, Bright Breaks has allowed me to prioritize myself during my workday, whereas otherwise I wouldn't have.

It is very user friendly to find different breaks asynchronously as well, for days when my schedule is busy. The email integration is great as well because it automatically sends reminders, but they are never annoying. Instead it is useful and helps to build good habits.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

There are no immediate downsides to using Bright Breaks! My only suggestion would be to have longer on-demand breaks like 15-20 minutes for example.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bright Breaks is currently helping me most with implementing activity to my workday, especially to fit my health and fitness goals. As an extremely sedentary person, it feels easy and nice to incorporate breaks into my workday that are productive.

  ### 9. A truly fun experience that brightens your day!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa C. | Academic Personnel and HR Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love the variety of activities. The instructors are all incredibly professional, knowledgable, welcoming and encouraging. It's a really nice break from my day and I like that the activities aren't long, so there is no reason why I can't take the time to do it. This really fits into my business work week. I also love that there are so many activities to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I really don't have any dislikes with Bright Breaks. I think it's super fun and enjoyable and I'm very appreciative that I have this resource.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that Bright Breaks is putting me in the right head space to be able to tackle any problem in my job. It's also helping me to prioritize my mental and physical health and well being.

  ### 10. Bright Breaks helps me actually get moving during the day!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie Y. | Senior Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks actually helps me get out of my chair and move throughout the day. I feel so much better throughout the day and am sleeping wonderfully! The sessions are quick so they don't disrupt my work during the day and help provide a break in the day that I wouldn't take the time to do previously.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I can't think of any negatives. If I can't attend because I get busy helping a client, I just miss it and schedule another session later.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me get a mental break in my day, even if the session is moving. I can tend to get tunnel vision when working and would often suffer from hip flexor pain and fatigue. After only two days using Bright Breaks, I am feeling so much better!

With Bright Breaks, I can choose my favorite exercises and add them to my Google Calendar, so I don’t have to remember my break times myself. ### 13. Amazing Breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck R. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Just started using Bright Breaks this week and have really enjoyed the variety of quick mental, stretch, exercise breaks! It takes a little time to acclimate to the site/app, but once you do, is easy and fun. Each instructor I've interacted with has been friendly and genuinely caring, and there are enough options to (including on demand) for even the busiest schedule!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

When I'm on my phone, the links from my calendar didn't work, but I then realized I could connect to the session from the Bright Breaks app.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling me to add wellness into my schedule little chunks at a time

  ### 14. Very Effective Breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruben F. | Academic Personnel Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I really like the fact that I receive emails reminding me to take breaks. I am a workaholic and will easily work throughout the day without taking a break or standing up. Bright Breaks reminds me to get up and stretch, breath in some air, etc.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I have not found something I dislike. They are quite easy and short enough that they do not feel like a drag.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have back and neck pain due to sitting down a lot. Bright Breaks helps out with this.

  ### 15. Superb wellness platform to quickly reset and recharge during work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christa T. | Auditor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love how Bright Breaks provides such an easy solution for taking quick breaks during long workdays in a way that is great for my mental and physical health! The site is very user friendly and there are so many great courses available. The weekly prizes are a great incentive as well to try and squeeze in a break each day!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Under the "All Breaks" view, it's not that intuitive to scroll left and right to view the breaks available throughout the day (i.e., there is no scroll button - you have to click and drag).

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needing a quick mental reset during busy workdays. Helps to reset my terrible posture as well!

  ### 16. Great Breaks for the day!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna D. | Financial Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Accessing the courses are easy through the website. There are so many options to choose from, you can pick what you feel is best for your day and time availability. I have made a goal to have at least one break a day, and up to three if I have the time.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Even though there are calendar invites sent, I wish there was easier access through the calendar entry into the zoom rather than through the website. Linking to zoom through the web feature can sometimes get clunky and delayed.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm focusing on the stretching and position reset courses to better my posture and alleviate compressed nerve issues. So far this has been helping tremendously.

Making smarter software decisions.

  ### 18. Great breaks, even when you don't think you have the time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Time Entry Clerk II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I appreciate how quick the breaks are and all the different topics that are covered - depending on my mood, I can decide to get some movement in, get nutrition help, or take a guided meditation. If I'm feeling tense from sitting at my desk, tehre's always breaks for stretching and getting extra gentle movement in.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The only issue I have had so far is that one of the classes I took had the wrong description, so while I was expecting a meditation, it was instead a movement class and I wasn't in the right mindset to move around at that moment.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Like listening to podcasts but in short but sweet form, Bright Breaks videos and tutorials always help me discover something new, try something fun, or just be present in the moment. My favorite topics are always about nutrition, mindful eating, and having a healthy relationship with food. I appreciate Grace and her tips and pieces of advice (not to mention the extra recipes and downloadable materials she selflessly shares.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I usually encounter some video interruptions or issues when I'm using Bright Breaks on mobile, so maybe the app still needs some working on.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's always a helpful reminder to take a break: whether to relax, be present in the moment, or just ease your mind.

  ### 20. Bright Breaks has been a game changer for my daily routine!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn C. | Senior Contracts Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I absolutely love Bright Breaks! Since it launched at our company, I’ve really enjoyed both the live and on-demand sessions available every day. The variety is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing the different instructors. These short breaks have become a highlight of my day, and they’ve really helped me get up and move more often.

What I also love is how easy the site and app are to use and navigate. One of my favorite features is the sync with my calendar, so it only shows me breaks that fit into my schedule. It makes it so much easier to jump into a break without having to search for one. I’m always amazed at how just a few minutes can get my heart rate up or teach me something new.

It’s such a great program, and I genuinely look forward to it every day. Bright Breaks has definitely made my workday more fun and active!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I’m really enjoying the variety of sessions offered on Bright Breaks, especially the barre sessions! One suggestion I have is for the site to recommend similar types of breaks based on what I’ve enjoyed. For example, since I like the barre sessions, it would be great to see suggestions for other kinds of dance-based Move Breaks that I might also like. This would help me explore new activities while still staying in the category of exercises I enjoy.

Overall, I love the platform and think this feature would make it even better!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bright Breaks has really helped me get more movement into my day, which is great because it gets me up and out of my chair. It’s so easy to sit for long periods without realizing it, but these quick breaks remind me to move around. I’ve been loving the neck and shoulder Stretch Breaks— they’ve really helped with the stiffness I get from sitting at my desk. Overall, it’s a simple way to stay active and feel better throughout the day.

  ### 21. Short and effective videos to give your brain a break throughout the day

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armaan V. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

2 things I like about Bright Breaks are the ability to watch on-demand videos if the session's timing is not convenient and how calm and personable the instructors are.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

If there was an ability to help drive the content, that would make this even better (maybe like vote on future topics).

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to break up my busy day with a short, relaxing moment. Gives me an opportunity to reset / ensure my body and brain are functioning properly.

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love the mini workouts, quick and easy and I don't feel guilty for taking a few minutes for myself 2-3 times throughout the day from work, but I feel so happy and relaxed and appreciative of what my work is providing to me whenever I complete a session. **What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

So far everything is good. I don't really have any complains.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is hard to take time for myself from work to do an hour workout in a gym, and I am not motivated enough to workout by myself at home. **What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I enjoy the quick sessions in Bright Breaks. It helps give me movement especially since I sit about 10 plus hours a day. this is not good for the body but movement is.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I haven't found too much that I dislike about Bright Breaks once I am engaged. Sometimes it is difficult to get started. A body at rest wants to stay at rest but I always feel a little better after I complete the session.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have pains from sitting too long, my shoulders, neck, back and legs. When I do a Bright Breaks session it give me the movement I need and to feel better.

  ### 28. Motivating and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa S. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

It's a service that actually works! Bright Breaks makes it fun and easy to ensure I actually take small breaks in my day. I like the variety of breaks. I have taken everything from pilates and cardio to stretching and yoga. I love to take the live breaks, where you are watching an instructor and joining along with other people. Super easy and fun, and it's motivating to earn points and apply them to challenges where you can win good prizes ($50 Starbucks gift cards, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wish they would announce the winners of the challenges. Even if it's just posting the first name and last initial. I sign up for every challenge but it feels anticlimactic when I have to just assume I didn't win and I don't know how it ends.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never stretch or take a chance to regroup and recharge throughtout my day. The small seven-minute breaks are the perfect opportunity to recalibrate my thinking and refresh my work groove.

  ### 29. I didn't know I needed this

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Communications Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

My work introduced Bright Breaks and it has been a game changer. I don't take breaks as frequently as I should and I don't get up from my desk as much as I should. With these breaks, I not only mentally disconnect but also physically disconnect from my keyboard for a few minutes and it's really helped my concentration and my energy.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

There is nothing I dislike about Bright Breaks.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping my energy and concentration.

**Reviewed by:** Amber A. | Admin Assistant II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

It has helped me with the ardous moments of sitting and has been helpful in rehabing some injuries. The most enjoyabe thing I like about this is human instruction and that other humans are taking part. The program is super simple to schedule with the Google calendar interface. I use this more than daily minus the weekends which I may start using then as well. I have even integrated this on my phone with the app which is helpful. I have implemeted many of the exercises with some of the worksouts I do at home. I can't comment on customer supports as I have not needed it yet.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Not finding the time to do be able to do the breaks.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Physical mostly!

I must try each instructor to see if I like their teaching style. Sometimes, the sessions are a crapshoot.

Bright Breaks reminds me to take essential mental, stretching, and movement breaks during the workday.

  ### 33. So thankful for Bright Breaks!

Nothing as of yet! There's so many options — something for everyone.

Bright Breaks has forced me to take more breaks and be so much more productive which has been great! They are highly versatile and great to join. They really have it all which has been great for my productivity and fitness

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Potentially could have more versatile longer ones for like things such as lunch but nothing major

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The mundane day to day tasks causing me to never slow down and take a break

  ### 35. Perfect way to break up your workday!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beverly F. | Events Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love the automatic calendar invitations to take a movement break. The instructors are great!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I would like it to be easier to change my settings. For instance, I initially signed up for lower impact breaks, so I get daily calendar invitations to those types of breaks. But I would now like to get invitations to breaks with more intensity and I can't figure out how to set up my account for higher impact breaks.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The daily reminders to get up and move while I'm working are great for my mental and physical health.

  ### 36. An excellent 7 minutes investment to reset body and mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie C. | Accounts receivable technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

So many choices of breaks and I loved all the ones done so far. I Discovered a few favorites that I have sceduled for a few weeks to come. So easy to use and it really refreshes my mind to do them. I particulary like the exercises with intensity (squat, HIIT etc) and the streches (hip, shoulder and neck) I like to set up 2, sometimes 3 breaks a day.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wish there was an alarm (sound) one or 2 minutes before. Maybe there is one and I don't know how to set it. If I am very busy, the reminder on outlook, I can easily miss it. I need to hear a signal that it will start soon. For now I use the alarm on my phone so I don't miss them but it's extra time.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help with stress, posture and wellbeing at work. The people doing the breaks are very freindly and fun and they aknowledge our presence with a salutation when we log in, it put me in a good mood.

  ### 37. Creating Positive Working and Educational Environments for Students and Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranada S. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

As an HR Consultant, I have the opportunity to work with professionals in a variety of sectors and industries. One thing that remains true in each environment is that establishing and maintaining positive working and educational environments are essential for success. I like Bright Breaks as an option to offer individuals the opportunity to self-regulate, reflect, and refresh so they can show up as their best selves.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I would like to see more analytical features available to Administrators to help shape future offerings and provide mixed methods data on the types of resources participants like and utilize.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bright Breaks is offering students and employees the opportunity to self-manage their wellness through a diverse platform of tools that support their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Indirectly Bright Breaks is offering students and employees a way to support each other by fostering conversations around sessions taken and encouraging others to take sessions. This is benefiting the individual and creating positive environments all around: School, Work, and Home.

  ### 38. The whole platform is very user friendly and flexible. It integrates well with my calendar too.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadia C. | Software developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Love the challenges and prizes. It was a great idea. Also love that it works to fit my schedule.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The login flow is not great. We have to enter our email first and then use SSO. I would like it to be more straightforward. Also when I click my company's logo at top left, I get redirected to login, but I just did.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sedentary lifestyle as a software developper is highly damageable. Back pain comes often, also other minor injuries such as neck strain when stressed. It is sooo important to use this as a legitimate way to take care of ourselves.

  ### 39. All it takes is 7 minutes!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I really like that there is a wide range of stretch, move, and stress relief options and each can be fit into a small break in the day!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I don't really have any downsides (yet) in my use. Iguess the only thing that can be awkward is joining a live break that you can see the names - it might be better to be more "webinar" style that you can't talk or turn your camera on.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping find small breaks in the day to de-stress or stretch out a tight back, neck, shoulders, etc.

  ### 40. Perfect for those with desk jobs and injuries!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole P. | Career Education Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I was rear ended this year and in 2018. With my work being at a desk, I often experience pain and discomfort. Despite this, I don't take breaks as often as I should. Bright Breaks has really helped me remind myself to take a break and get moving and stretch. The sessions are a great break and really help focus on the areas that give me discomfort. The facilitators are fantastic and very personable if you have the opportunity to speak with them before a session. I love how you get automatic invitations to your calendar about sessions that may be of interest - but you can also review the available sessions to see if others would better or are more interesting to what you need to focus on. Thank you to the team at Bright Breaks!!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The reminders can be excessive sometimes (email, text, and calendar) but they can be easily managed through subscribtions should you wish.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me bring relief to my pain/discomfort from accidents where I was rear ended in 2024 and 2018. It is a reminder for me to stretch and move which is very helpful in a job where I am mostly at a desk.
