Accessing the courses are easy through the website. There are so many options to choose from, you can pick what you feel is best for your day and time availability. I have made a goal to have at least one break a day, and up to three if I have the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though there are calendar invites sent, I wish there was easier access through the calendar entry into the zoom rather than through the website. Linking to zoom through the web feature can sometimes get clunky and delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to learn something new everyday! Like listening to podcasts but in short but sweet form, Bright Breaks videos and tutorials always help me discover something new, try something fun, or just be present in the moment. My favorite topics are always about nutrition, mindful eating, and having a healthy relationship with food. I appreciate Grace and her tips and pieces of advice (not to mention the extra recipes and downloadable materials she selflessly shares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I usually encounter some video interruptions or issues when I'm using Bright Breaks on mobile, so maybe the app still needs some working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love Bright Breaks! Since it launched at our company, I’ve really enjoyed both the live and on-demand sessions available every day. The variety is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing the different instructors. These short breaks have become a highlight of my day, and they’ve really helped me get up and move more often.
What I also love is how easy the site and app are to use and navigate. One of my favorite features is the sync with my calendar, so it only shows me breaks that fit into my schedule. It makes it so much easier to jump into a break without having to search for one. I’m always amazed at how just a few minutes can get my heart rate up or teach me something new.
It’s such a great program, and I genuinely look forward to it every day. Bright Breaks has definitely made my workday more fun and active! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m really enjoying the variety of sessions offered on Bright Breaks, especially the barre sessions! One suggestion I have is for the site to recommend similar types of breaks based on what I’ve enjoyed. For example, since I like the barre sessions, it would be great to see suggestions for other kinds of dance-based Move Breaks that I might also like. This would help me explore new activities while still staying in the category of exercises I enjoy.
Overall, I love the platform and think this feature would make it even better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the mini workouts, quick and easy and I don't feel guilty for taking a few minutes for myself 2-3 times throughout the day from work, but I feel so happy and relaxed and appreciative of what my work is providing to me whenever I complete a session. I have been recommending Bright Breaks to my colleagues. It helps to break up the day when you work from home most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far everything is good. I don't really have any complains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bright Breaks is more than just a tool for short workouts; it’s a comprehensive platform that empowers home office workers to stay active, maintain balance, and feel more connected and productive throughout the day.
For me, as a home office worker, Bright Breaks have become a transformative tool for improving my daily routines and productivity. The platform's mini workouts and variety of live and on-demand sessions allow me to enjoy everything from stretching and breathing exercises to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga. These short, engaging breaks are a fantastic way to refresh my mind, relieve discomfort from desk work, and enhance focus, making them a highlight of the workday. No major issues, although launching of the session could be more seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a service that actually works! Bright Breaks makes it fun and easy to ensure I actually take small breaks in my day. I like the variety of breaks. I have taken everything from pilates and cardio to stretching and yoga. I love to take the live breaks, where you are watching an instructor and joining along with other people. Super easy and fun, and it's motivating to earn points and apply them to challenges where you can win good prizes ($50 Starbucks gift cards, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they would announce the winners of the challenges. Even if it's just posting the first name and last initial. I sign up for every challenge but it feels anticlimactic when I have to just assume I didn't win and I don't know how it ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still new to Bright Breaks but honetly, I am enjoying everything about it so far. From being able to schedule breaks for myself on my google calender and that intergration (nothing would happen if I didn't do that) to recieving suggested breaks bia email! I am just really enjoying it so far and seeing the positive impact that BrightBreaks has had on me and my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I havn't come accross anything that would make me dislike Bright Breaks so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the automatic calendar invitations to take a movement break. The instructors are great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it to be easier to change my settings. For instance, I initially signed up for lower impact breaks, so I get daily calendar invitations to those types of breaks. But I would now like to get invitations to breaks with more intensity and I can't figure out how to set up my account for higher impact breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So many choices of breaks and I loved all the ones done so far. I Discovered a few favorites that I have sceduled for a few weeks to come. So easy to use and it really refreshes my mind to do them. I particulary like the exercises with intensity (squat, HIIT etc) and the streches (hip, shoulder and neck) I like to set up 2, sometimes 3 breaks a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an alarm (sound) one or 2 minutes before. Maybe there is one and I don't know how to set it. If I am very busy, the reminder on outlook, I can easily miss it. I need to hear a signal that it will start soon. For now I use the alarm on my phone so I don't miss them but it's extra time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an HR Consultant, I have the opportunity to work with professionals in a variety of sectors and industries. One thing that remains true in each environment is that establishing and maintaining positive working and educational environments are essential for success. I like Bright Breaks as an option to offer individuals the opportunity to self-regulate, reflect, and refresh so they can show up as their best selves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more analytical features available to Administrators to help shape future offerings and provide mixed methods data on the types of resources participants like and utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
