Bridge Takeoff Pro Reviews & Product Details

Bridge Takeoff Pro is construction takeoff and estimating software built by Rocket Takeoffs, a USA-based takeoff and estimating company. Auto takeoffs in minutes. Upload your plans and Bridge’s AI auto takeoff measures them in minutes. It covers 33+ trades across 11 CSI divisions, including framing and lumber (walls, floors, roofs, EWP and beams), concrete, drywall, roofing, siding and more. Drawn on your actual plans, not a blind material list. Every area, length and count is drawn right on your PDF drawings. You can see exactly what was measured, click any markup to check it, and adjust it before you bid. You can also use the full manual toolkit to measure anything yourself. Ready to bid and to buy. Results come with material cards, assembly breakdowns and piece counts. Export to Excel or PDF, or share an interactive link with your team or supplier. Proven before release. Bridge was developed over 5 years. Rocket’s own team of 40+ estimators used it on real bid sets for 2 years before it was released. More than takeoff. Every seat includes 60+ modules: BridgeWorks CRM and sales pipeline Proposal builder Project management with Gantt scheduling A field app for site reports, daily logs and punch lists Subcontractor management Simple pricing. Seats are $48 per month, and AI features run on pay-as-you-go AI Coins, so there is no AI subscription. Start with a 7-day free trial. Larger teams can get discounts. Bridge Takeoff Pro is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.
