What do you like best about BrandMonitor?

BrandMonitor has revolutionized my ecommerce evaluation. It's just like a salesperson having a crystal ball for customer love. I am delighted to see that the monitoring page allows everything to be seen, social media happenings, competition analysis, and even influencer mentions as well. What do you dislike about BrandMonitor?

The ability to customize reports is having limited options, which in turn forces a user to spend more time to come with detailed insights. BrandMonitor has some wonderful algorithms for analysing the web activities and calculatinge sales insights in best and detailed way.

Its a profficient tool with countless featuress that are helpful for sales scaling and managing.

It has a feature for detecting the fruad or illegal name mentioned in the products for sales. The AI tool removes and procures from the effective mentions.

It gives all the tracking tools and solutions for keeping the brand webpage and portal safe and secured from the fake products details and ads which are visible online for everyone. Basically this tool helps in identifying and taking our the fruad content easily.

Any company trying to remain ahead of the competition should use BrandMonitor. BrandMonitor offers organisations real-time insights and analytics into their brand's performance across various channels thanks to its extensive feature set. Users may keep tabs on what their rivals are doing, follow customer feedback and mood, examine market trends, and more—all in one spot.

The fact that BrandMonitor provides a lot of data in a simple-to-use interface is what I appreciate most about it. With the dashboard, I can easily access all the required data without going through several reports or searching internet databases—everything I need is available on a single screen! Businesses can gain even more in-depth insights into how their brand performs across different mediums thanks to BrandMonitor's integration with numerous third-party platforms (such as Twitter). A well-liked software programme for controlling and keeping track of internet brand reputation is called BrandMonitor. Regrettably, I find that the platform is deficient in various areas.

The unfriendliness of BrandMonitor's interface is one of my complaints. It is challenging to navigate between the platform's numerous features due to the old and clunky UI. Also, utilising BrandMonitor might be time-consuming because of specific functions that are hard to find due to an unintuitive design layout.

Another significant drawback is Brand Monitor's limited customisation possibilities for creating reports or evaluating data from campaigns or other actions related to your brand's online presence. As a result, you might not receive the information you need to make an informed decision about your strategy for customer service or marketing activities using your company's digital footprint. Furthermore, if these problems are not resolved as soon as possible by developers attempting to enhance this area of their product offering, they may compound over time.

Overall, Brand Monitor provides a valuable tool for tracking and monitoring brands online, but some areas could be improved. For example, better navigational tools could improve the user experience, and the report-generating customisation options could be expanded.
