Cool modern-looking diagrams are worth mentioning as well. The system has a variety of functions for the search and selection of messages you need, useful filters, and tools for segmentation of authors and commentators in social media according to socio-demographics and location.
A WOM (Word of mouth) filter is a helpful tool worth mentioning. It helps to differentiate posts of real users containing useful information.
In addition to this, Brand Analytics has beautiful auto-renewable dashboards, valuable for the top management, and are very easy to set up. You also can export any data or diagram you need in any format. Triggered alerts and scheduled e-mail reports come in handy as well.
