**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

Brand Analytics is an excellent tool for social media listening. It helps to fulfill tasks of various teams and departments. The interface is user-friendly and well organized. Cool modern-looking diagrams are worth mentioning as well. The system has a variety of functions for the search and selection of messages you need, useful filters, and tools for segmentation of authors and commentators in social media according to socio-demographics and location. 

A WOM (Word of mouth) filter is a helpful tool worth mentioning. It helps to differentiate posts of real users containing useful information. 

In addition to this, Brand Analytics has beautiful auto-renewable dashboards, valuable for the top management, and are very easy to set up. You also can export any data or diagram you need in any format. Triggered alerts and scheduled e-mail reports come in handy as well. 

Client Support is always ready to answer any questions, help with system settings and provide training for the client's team. So great!

**What do you dislike about Brand Analytics?**

As for disadvantages, I can only mention limits for the collection of the retrospective data. However, it is not critical at all.

Several departments of our company use Brand Analytics: Media relations, Client Service, Sales, Customer Experience. They use the system for media monitoring as well as social media analytics to fulfill tasks such as search of clients' pain points and product insights, handling of claims and complaints.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

Brand Analytics platform enables offline media monitoring and social media monitoring in one interface.
Speed is one of the crucial elements of working with social media. While using the same interface, you can switch between topics of monitoring and sources in a split second. It also allows you to create various filters and manage your team members without delays.
System settings are very well thought through and don't complicate the work process, especially when there are many team members involved. Brand Analytics has a very user-friendly interface both in a web service and a mobile app.
There is no such thing as a perfect monitoring system, but Brand Analytic's Client Service helps adjust the system according to the client's needs.
In addition to this, Brand Analytics has all the technological capabilities of integration with various internal and external corporate systems, i.e. Helpdesks. It allows maximizing the effect of smooth work with social media.

**What do you dislike about Brand Analytics?**

I can't think of any disadvantages per se, but Brand Analytics is quite different from the system I used before and it took time to get used to and learn how to operate. However, it's quite common when you're switching to another tool, especially so technologically advanced. And as I mentioned Brand Analytics has exceptional Client Service and colleagues helped us to make this transition as quick and smooth as possible.

I definitely advise everyone to try at least a test period. You will understand all the benefits of this service

Brand Analytics helps us with media and social media monitoring, tracking &engaging with clients' reviews and comments, alerting us about reputation crises, and informing colleagues about relevant newsbreaks.

Among Brand Analytics' advantages are user-friendly interface, data quality, speed, and versatility of the platform, unlimited number of users as well as flexibility enabled by various settings and filters.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

We’ve been using this tool for almost half a year. It is easy to set up and start working. The account manager set everything up and taught me how to use the system. After several months, a couple of issues came up, but the support team responded and solved them promptly.
What Brand Analytics does, and its competitors don’t:
1. Image text recognition including Instagram stories
2. Parsing of comments from Facebook and Instagram
3. Audio and video transcription
4. Better quality and completeness of data parsing and analysis
5. Comparing to our previous social listening tool Brand Analytics finds twice as many mentions.
It’s very convenient for conducting competitors analysis, helped us to carry out an internal investigation and discover our growth points and competitor’s weak and strong qualities. We are planning to extend this practice and conduct similar research in the HR field. 
There are many useful built-in reports. For example, a “persons” report helps detect positive and negative influencers and opinion leaders and work with them.

**What do you dislike about Brand Analytics?**

Brand Visor dashboards are unpolished, but Brand Analytics team collects feedback and is working on improving them. A very useful tool, especially for top management. 
Compared to competitors, the system works slower. This issue is also in line to be solved, I guess.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

We have been using Brand Analytics for 3 years. We tried using an alternative system but came back to Brand Analytics because this system provides better data collection and wider analytical functionality for the same money.

Brand Analytics is used by several divisions of our bank: media relations, customer service department, sales department and others.

At media relations we use the system  for both monitoring of the information field and response, and for analyzing social media and mass media. Also the system helps us to assess the effectiveness of various publications and sources.

The function of subscribing to automatically generated reports is very convenient. We set up data composition and distribution schedule (up to several times a day, if necessary).  Reports are sent via e-mail, and they look like ready-made presentations.

The notification system helps us keep our finger on the pulse and learn in real time about all important publications. It is configured for each manager according to required parameters dependent on specific tasks.

It is very convenient that Brand Analytics now has a full-fledged monitoring of "classic" media: print, TV and radio. We are planning to use this system in the future as one of the tools for working with classical media.

No downsights, the system is really good.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

Brand Analytics  was created in 2012 as a branch of one of the major Russian integration companies I-Teco. It has a wide range of data collection and analysis possibilities including automatic SPAM detection, topic segmentation, visual recognition, geo analysis and benchmark dashboards. This solution also accumulates history of all public Social data from the middle of 2012.

The tool covers extensive N of Social data sources, including social networks (VK, Facebook and Instagram as well), forums and blogs, Telegram, imageboards, traditional Online media.

In Russia we has been working with BA on a N of research projects. Although initially designed as a marketing/PR analytics tool, BA is a good companion to researchers, too. The dev team keeps the tool up to date in terms of newest trends of content analysis (both text & visual), which is very useful to brands, that do not possess such technologies within their portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Brand Analytics?**

Historical data pricing policy tend to be rather non-flexible comparing to competitors. API services may be a subject of further development in terms of both capabilities and pricing policy.

**Recommendations to others considering Brand Analytics:**

Great thing is that BA does not represent SaaS only. It is one of the major experts on social analytics market, helping its clients in terms of education and mentorship. The company experts provide the market with regular industrial ratings and nurtures entire social data community via public research initiatives.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

We chose Brand Analytics for the high quality and comprehensiveness of data collection, which is extremely important in our research work. There is a convenient analytical functionality for data processing, and it allows us to build complex queries to select a desired segment. It seems that the system was intended for data analytics initially, and at the same time it provides a high quality monitoring.
Also there is a very useful functionality, HR tag, in Brand Analytics. I have not seen anything like this in other systems. It allows us to search for employees' messages on social media by the company name indicated in their profile. This option is extremely popular in HR brand research for large employers.

**What do you dislike about Brand Analytics?**

We still have to process some data manually. Currently no analytical system can provide full automation. Brand Analytics provides a quality data analysis and the highest degree of automation.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

Brand Analytics is a user-friendly system, all tools are understandable even for a new user. The BA has been developing very fast and constantly introduces new features which give new insights for our researches and brand monitoring. 
I would especially mention the support of the BA-team as they are really professional and very fast in responding to our any requests, which helps us to move according to our schedule. Moreover, they are always "nearby" when we need advise or a consultation. They are flexible. 
The BA constantly holds seminars and webinars, which helps its clients stay up to their developments and also creates a community from us (their clients) - thus it inspires us for new researches and ideas.
And most importantly BA helps us to resolve the issues why we use their system, I mean they give us the key to the tasks for what we decided to use them: brand monitoring and social media monitoring of the specific fields.

Our company cares a lot about the audience behaviour and opinion about our products and services. Brand Analytics is a perfect tool for monitoring it.

Pros of Brand Analytics are:
-Simplicity. It's really easy to use.
-We are able to see data in real-time as well as historical information. It helps us to analyze what people are saying about Aviasales in retrospect.
-What is more — we can see what people are thinking about our competitors.
-We can reply directly from the dashboard — it is a great feature, which makes Brand Analytics a perfect tool for interaction with our community.
-Also we are constantly using social media analytics and reports which can be created inside of the system. These reports are really helpful.
-The tool itself is not really expensive.

The Agency of Marketing Strategies Max has been using the Brand Analytics monitoring system for about 5 years for different projects. For me as a leader, the friendly interface of the platform and technical support 24/7 are very important. I especially appreciate that Brand Analytics programmers are ready to develop individual solutions to the needs of different customers. It is important for my contractors that the system gives the highest total collection of sites. Thanks to the latest updates, there is no need to check the media manually. I work with the manager Valentina Mysheva. She is the most customer-oriented specialist of all our partners. I will continue to work with this monitoring system with pleasure.

In the media agency, we have a wide range of objectives that are solved with Social Listening. A simple and straightforward query syntax language, rapid references collection, an opportunity to download automatic reports and filtering are undoubted advantages of Brand Analytics. All this allows qualitative assessment of brand competitive field and helps to reveal drivers and barriers of consumption and customer attitudes toward the brands and products.

Our company has been using Brand Analytics for more then a year. BA has established itself as a reliable partner for social media monitoring and analysis. The database of monitoring sources is extensive and constantly updated. It is great that the new source can be added to the database by request and the system will start to collect the information very quickly. 
Not so long time ago BA added the monitoring of mass media to the system. This makes BA even more convenient as you can stay within one system to resolve different tasks. Data collection for all platforms, online sources etc. is carried out in full and in a timely manner. 
BA allows to set the updates notifications by e-mail or in Telegram which is quite useful. The system also provides the function of tagging the publications which allows to process large data streams by dividing posts into the necessary sections.
I especially want to note the client service of BA. The staff is always ready to help with setting up a query and quickly respond to questions and comments about the system.
The interface of the system is intuitive which allows to expand the range of users within the company.

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

We work with the Brand Analytics system every day. We can say that this is our main tool for quantifying information campaigns in the digital environment. Our managers of analytical department and their internal and external customers are extremely pleased with the results of this partnership.
So I would like to review the main advantages of working with Brand Analytics system.
First of all, we would like to highlight a simple query language and a well-built internal report designer; this allows us to train a new employee in a record time.  Also the system can be used by any of our agency’s specialist if necessary.

The system is characterized by an extremely high quality search for key queries, wide possibilities of auto-tagging settings; and it helps us to solve the most complex and non-standard tasks.
We really like the ”Event Wall” - a live social media dashboard which automatically generates a visual of an event from social media messages in real time with the mention of that event.
I also want to underline a possibility of adding messages after detection which allows expanding the database, and increases the accuracy of analytics over time.

We would be grateful if the requests processing was faster, although the processing times for such requests are often constrained by networks capabilities rather than service characteristics of Brand Analytics :).

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

After testing the capabilities of multiple systems from a dozen of proposals we selected Brand Analytics. We started working with their system six months ago, and we certainly made the right choice.

Fine-tuning allows us to solve a wide pool of problems such as situational monitoring or collecting UGC-content.
 
The system collects messages from the difficult- to-monitor social networks such as Facebook and Instagram very effectively. It’s also convenient that the system saves all the collected messages even after their sources are deleted.
 
In addition, the system allows adding new and low-exposure resources of interest to us that have not been previously indexed. The resource appears in the monitoring system within 2-3 days after the request and it’s very convenient.
 
The system and the mobile application interfaces are user-friendly and very intuitive.
 
Automatic tagging and labeling of messages leads to a quicker response when a brand is mentioned in social media; and it is especially important for the tour operator.
 
We can set up alerts by a wide range of filters; from messages with a specific tag to messages with a neutral, negative or positive tone and so on. 

System has a convenient integration with Telegram and UseDesk. There has not a been a single failure in notifications since we started using the system six months ago and all the system tools work very well without a hitch.
 
I would also like to highlight an excellent work of the support team. They respond to our inquiries within minutes, they are always willing to help and provide advice on any issues encountered. They even helped us find a solution to an urgent issue in the middle of the night.
 
Another bonus is a system training course. It helps to educate new managers, to remind of all options of the service and also to learn about newly added functionalities.

Firstly, I want to note the professionalism with which BA refers to its customers. Research and analytics requests are quickly answered. The whole process from concluding an agreement to working in the system allows you to quickly solve operational issues.

Secondly, it is a user-friendly system. The simplicity and convenience of the system allow you to natively understand all the necessary basic functions. In addition, the system is regularly updated and supplemented, which is extremely important in the world of Internet space research.

I have the experience of using three of the best monitoring systems quite closely. All of them have some advantages and differences, but it is BA that currently combines the best in these systems. Separate mention of technical support, always prompt, responsive and 24/7

**What do you like best about Brand Analytics?**

We have been using Brand Analytics for about three years. One of the main advantages of the system for us is a high level of task automation. The automatic message tagging functionality significantly saves time on data analysis and for the most part eliminates manual data processing.
We love analysis reports in Brand Analytics. They are generated automatically in a presentation format and are ready to be handed to a senior management. Reports content is very flexible and can be set up for any time frame with any frequency; and other filters can be added according to our business tasks. Unlimited download feature allows us to generate a vast number of reports for a variety of tasks.

There is some lack of flexibility of search query settings for our tasks

Speed. Gap between post and time it's being shown in service is minimal. That's why its very useful to every company that face with risks: FMCG, industrial solutions, insurance and banking and so on
