What do you like best about Braided?

What do you like best about Braided?

I love that Braided is much more focused on integrating quickly. There are vast improvements in the way that disparate systems linked which allows for more efficient collection as well as use of data in the Braided setting to improve patient care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braided?

I find that Braided’s reporting functionality seems a little inadequate. Data consolidation is not good I need to export data for additional analysis in other tools. This gives an extra unnecessary step and inconveniences the flow of activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Braided?

Our company has been using Braided approximately two years for bi-directional sync between Kipu and Salesforce. We began as a smaller company with two facilities, now have five (and growing) with a smooth initial integration. With our growth, Braided has consistently accomodated our ever-changing needs and custom requests with expediency and accuracy. What do you like best about Braided?

We have been using Braided for over three years. We started working with them when our prior integration services supplier went out of business. Braided was very quickly able to implement a complex integration between PointClickCare and Salesforce for us and has continue to refine and enhance it as our needs have changed. They are very responsive, can handle complex, nuanced logic, and provide top notch support to us. They are one of our best suppliers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
