**What do you like best about Braided?**

Braden’s customer service alongside their integration product is second to none. I have never had any issues with our integration. And any requests are handled very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Braided?**

There have been no issues since we started with Braided as our integration service supplier.

**What problems is Braided solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The last integration software that we used was very glitchy and had very poor customer service.

**What do you like best about Braided?**

I love that Braided is much more focused on integrating quickly. There are vast improvements in the way that disparate systems linked which allows for more efficient collection as well as use of data in the Braided setting to improve patient care.

**What do you dislike about Braided?**

I find that Braided’s reporting functionality seems a little inadequate. Data consolidation is not good  I need to export data for additional analysis in other tools. This gives an extra unnecessary step and inconveniences the flow of activities.

**What problems is Braided solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For obtaining patient information, the Braided has proved very useful. Before, I’d need to sign into many different systems to have all the information I needed in front of me. This not only helps me greatly in terms of time constraint but also makes my work more effective and precise.

**What do you like best about Braided?**

Our company has been using Braided approximately two years for bi-directional sync between Kipu and Salesforce. We began as a smaller company with two facilities, now have five (and growing) with a smooth initial integration. With our growth, Braided has consistently accomodated our ever-changing needs and custom requests with expediency and accuracy. I have and will continue to refer companies to Braided based on our experience. Jason and Guy continually provide excellant, timely customer service.

**What do you dislike about Braided?**

At this point, I can't say there is anything I dislike about Braided.

**What problems is Braided solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EMR and CRM bi-directional sync. Employee time management and accuracy of reporting for leadership have benefitted the most.

**What do you like best about Braided?**

We have been using Braided for over three years. We started working with them when our prior integration services supplier went out of business. Braided was very quickly able to implement a complex integration between PointClickCare and Salesforce for us and has continue to refine and enhance it as our needs have changed. They are very responsive, can handle complex, nuanced logic, and provide top notch support to us. They are one of our best suppliers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

There really isn't anything that I have a problem with.

**What problems is Braided solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to move data between our clincial (PointClickCare) and CRM (Salesforce) systems on a near realtime basis.

**What do you like best about Braided?**

Working with Braided has been nothing short of amazing. The team is extremely professional and really knows their stuff. Getting our integration up and running has been extremely smooth and they've even made some improvements to our SalesForce instance along the way. I would highly recommend anyone who needs them to work with Braided.

I only wish Braided built more technology so that we could use them in other places too!

Braided has made our integration with our EMR go much quicker than if we tried to do it ourselves. They really are a plug and play technology.

**What do you like best about Braided?**

Partnering with Braided for our Kipu/Salesforce integration has been a game changer for us. Their expertise in both systems allowed us a go-live in only a couple of weeks, and when we did, everything worked seamlessly! Braided managing and maintaining our integration means less worrying and more time to provide our patients with the best care.

It has been a pleasure working with the Braided team in transitioning from another integration provider. In addition to providing setup, workflow enhancements, and on-going support for our CRM-EHR integration, they were able to simplify the underlying architecture to reduce hosting costs.
